| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى تحديد متطلبات ممارسة الدور الوقائي بمؤسسات مواجهة الازمات والكوارث المحلية وأجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (201) من العاملين ببعض المؤسسات المحلية، وكذلك على عدد (15) من الخبراء والمتخصصين بمجال الازمات والكوارث، وبينت نتائج البحث: ان أهم متطلبات البرامج الوقائية: التدريب على نظم الرصد المبكر، وتنوع البرامج الوقائية وتنفيذ برامج للتدريب على التقنيات الحديثة، وأهم المتطلبات الفنية: تنفيذ حملات توعوية لتقليل الضغوط المجتمعية وإقامة ندوات لتنمية القيم المجتمعية ووجود أجهزة اتصال متطورة وتطوير آليات الرصد والإنذار المبكر، وأهم المتطلبات التنسيقية: إقامة شراكة بين المؤسسات المحلية والاتصال المستمر لتحديث المعلومات وتكامل جهود المؤسسات المحلية والأهلية لتوفير الخدمات والمساهمة مع أجهزة الاعلام في توعية الرأي العام بالوقاية من الأزمات، وأن هناك معوقات لممارسة الدور الوقائي خاصة (بالعالمين/المؤسسة/المجتمع)، وهناك مقترحات للتغلب عليها، وتم وضع توصيات لتلبية اهم متطلبات ممارسة الوقائي بالمؤسسات المحلية، واهم مشكلات والهيئات المسئولة عن حلها. | ||
