| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة لبيان المشكلات الذاتية التي تواجه الإمام، في الجوانب العلمية والنفسية والأخلاقية والاقتصادية، والتي تؤثر على أداء الإمام عمليا، وهذا البحث يتلمس المشكلات ويعالجها وفق رؤية تربوية، من شأنها الإسهام في تطوير عمل إمام المسجد حتى يقوم بعمله على الوجه الأكمل. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: 1- بيان المشكلات التي تواجه الإمام، للحذر منها والبعد عن الوقوع بها. 2- الكشف عن جوانب المشكلات التربوية من جوانب متعددة، علمية ونفسية وسلوكية، ومذهبية واقتصادية. 3- تقديم رؤية تربوية للإمام لتخطي هذه المشكلات. ويوصي الباحث ضرورة اهتمام المؤسسات المشرفة على المساجد إيلاء الإمام العناية اللازمة والاهتمام به، وتلمس المشكلات التي تعترضه من أجل الإسهام في حلها ومعالجتها، وتطوير عمل إمام المسجد وقدراته في شتى المجالات. This study aims to demonstrate the problems stemming from the Imam himself, vis-a-vis the scientific, psychological, moral and economic aspets, and the practical performance of the Imam. This research investigates such problems and attempts to deal with them in accordance with the educational vision, which will contribute to the development of the work of the Imam of the mosque, and enable him to do his job to the fullest. The research has come to the following conclusions: 1- To reveal the problems, facing the Imam, in order to warn against falling into them. 2- To highlight the educational problems from different perspectives, including, the scientific, psychological, behavioral and economic ones. 3- To present an educational vision for the Imam in order to overcome these prob The researcher recommends that institutions sponsoring and supervising mosques should take great care of Imams and look for the problems they usually have and contribute to their solution. They also have to develop the career and abilities of Imams in all fields. |
