| المستخلص: | يكتسب الإنسان معارف ومهارات متعلقة بالحياة الأسرية من خلال تنشئته الاجتماعية مع أسرته التي تتكون من الأم والأب والأخوات والأقارب، وهذا ما يفتقدون به الأطفال مجهولي النسب هذه الحياة الأسرية الطبيعية، حيث تم تنشئتهم الاجتماعية في مؤسسات إيوائية تختلف إلى حد كبير عن الأسرة الطبيعية، لهذا فهم يفقدون المعارف والمهارات المتعلقة بالحياة الأسرية السليمة، ولقد لاحظت الباحثة هذا الفرق فصممت هذا البحث لتحديد مستوى تأهل الفتيات مجهولات النسب في المؤسسة الإيوائية للحياة الأسرية. فرجعت إلى الأدبيات المتعلقة بالحياة الأسرية فاختارت منها ثلاث عناصر وهم التخطيط الأسري الناجح والتواصل الأسري الجيد والإلمام بالحقوق والواجبات الزوجية، لذا صممت مقياسا لمدى اكتساب الفتيات مجهولات النسب في المؤسسة الإيوائية لهذه العناصر السابقة من خلال المعارف والمهارات لديهن، وقامت بتحديد المقياس وطبقته على الفتيات مجهولات النسب المقبلات على الزواج في مؤسسة دار عائشة حسانين للأيتام بمحافظة الفيوم، وجاءت النتائج أن المبحوثات موضع البحث قدر لا بأس به من المعارف والمهارات خاصة بالحياة الأسرية، ولكن الباحثة ترى أن هذا القدر غير كافي لتمكنهن من ممارسة الحياة الأسرية سليمة، لذا تقترح أن ينشط الأخصائي الاجتماعي العاملين في هذا المجال بتصميم برامج تكسبهن المعارف والمهارات التي تنقصهن في مجال الحياة الأسرية السليمة. A person acquires knowledge and skills related to family life through his social upbringing with his family, which consists of mother, father, sisters and relatives, and this is what children of anonymous parents lose this natural family life, as their social upbringing in residential establishment is very different from the natural family, That is why they are losing knowledge and skills related to a correct family life, and the researcher noticed this difference, so she did this research to determine the level of qualification of females of anonymous parents in the residential establishment for family life, so she went back to the literature related to family life, so she select three elements, are successful family planning, good family communication and familiarity with marital rights and duties, so she designed a measure of the extent to which females of anonymous parents acquired in the residential establishment for these previous elements through their knowledge and skills, and set the scale and applied it to females of anonymous parents who are going to marry in Aisha Hassanain House for Orphans Care in Fayoum Governorate, and the results came that the subject matter of the research is a good amount of knowledge and skills related to family life, but the researcher believes that this amount is not sufficient to enable them to practice a correct family life, so they meet the social worker working in this field will be active in designing programs that will give them knowledge and skills that they lack in the field of family life. |
