| 520 | |b The objective of the research is to measure the effectiveness of the services of international and non-governmental organizations to develop awareness among rural girls entering marriage with family life, a sample of 106 individuals working with international and community organizations, as well as 150 girls who benefit from coordination services between international and local organizations; The results of the research showed that: the efficiency of international and non-governmental organizations in developing the awareness of rural girls who are about to marry came at a high rate which represents an excellent level, and that the effectiveness services between international and private organizations to develop awareness of rural girls who are about to marry family life came in at 82.92%, which represents A very good level, The study found that there are many obstacles obstacles that limit the efficiency of international non governmental organizations to develop the awareness of rural girls who are about to marry a family life, which is weak material support for implementing programs in organizations, and the absence of a coordination relationship to exchange In terms of resources between organizations, it came in the last order: weak desire for cooperation among workers in organizations | ||
| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى قياس مدى فعالية خدمات المنظمات الدولية والأهلية في تنمية وعي الفتيات الريفيات المقبلات على الزواج في الحياة الأسرية، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة عددها (106 مفردة) من العاملين بالمنظمات الدولية والأهلية، وكذلك على عدد (150 فتاة) من الفتيات المستفيدات من خدمات التقويم بين المنظمات الدولية والأهلية، وبينت نتائج البحث أن: كفاءة المنظمات الدولية والأهلية في تنمية وعي الفتيات الريفيات المقبلات على الزواج بالحياة الأسرية جاءت بنسبة مرتفعة وهي تمثل المستوى ممتاز، وأن فاعلية خدمات المنظمات الدولية والأهلية لتنمية وعي الفتيات الريفيات المقبلين على الزواج بالحياة الأسرية جاءت بنسبة 82.92% وهي تمثل مستوى جيد جدا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك كثير من المعوقات التي تحد من كفاءة المنظمات الدولية والأهلية في تنمية وعي الفتيات الريفيات المقبلات على الزواج بالحياة الأسرية وهي ضعف الدعم المادي المخصص لتنفيذ البرامج بالمنظمات، وعدم وجود علاقة تنسيقية لتبادل الموارد بين المنظمات، وجاء في الترتيب الأخير: ضعف الرغبة في التعاون بين العاملين بالمنظمات. | ||
