| المستخلص: | إن البحث الدلالي في تراثنا العربي من أول فروع علم اللغة التي عرفها العرب منذ القدم؛ حيث كانت عنايتهم منصبة حول خدمة النص القرآني، فقامت الدراسات حول هذا الكتاب المعجز تبحث في دلالة ألفاظه، والوقوف على معانيه؛ بحيث يجد المتتبع في ذلك أن بعض العلوم تشترك في الأخذ بالطرق المؤدية إلى فهم النص القرآني، والسني؛ كمثل: علوم القرآن، علوم التفسير، علوم الحديث، علم الأصول، وعلم العربية من نحو وصرف…. وما يهمنا في هذه الدراسة بالضبط هو علم أصول الفقه الذي كان له باع كبير في الدرس اللغوي عامة، والدلالي خاصة؛ حيث انتشر التحليل الدلالي في أوساط علماء الأصول، وجعلوا من الدرس اللغوي الأساس في استنباط الأحكام من النصوص الشرعية، فوضحوا ما غمض بيانه، وشرحوا ما قصر فهمه. ولقد لقيت دلالة الألفاظ الاهتمام البالغ عند علماء الأصول باعتبارها ركيزة عملهم ومناط الحكم الشرعي؛ فلذلك، فإننا نجدهم قد درسوا اللفظ من جوانب عديدة منها: المنطوق الصريح؛ لأن استنباط الأحكام من النصوص منوط في كثير من الأحيان بتحديد فهم تلك المسائل اللغوية وتمحيصها وتحليلها؛ وذلك راجع إلى طبيعة منهجهم سواء من ناحية العلاقة التي تربط الكلمة بمدلولها، أم من ناحية القواعد الأصولية، أم من ناحية طريقة الحكم.
