| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث التعرف على مستوي الأداء التدريسي (عمليات الأداء التدريسي- عملية التواصل والسمات الشخصية- عملية التقويم) لأعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات- جامعة الزقازيق، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي باتباع الأسلوب المسحي ، واشتملت عينة البحث على عدد (70) طالبة بالفرقتين الثالثة والرابعة (تخصص تعبير حركي) بكلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق، وقد تم تصميم استبيان خاص لتقويم مستوي الأداء التدريسي لأعضاء هيئة التدريس كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، واستخدمت الباحثة في معالجة البيانات إحصائياً: المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط البسيط، النسب المئوية. ومن أهم النتائج: أولاً: المحور الأول عمليات الأداء التدريسي: 1- وجود عدد (5) مهارات من عمليات الأداء التدريسي لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة كبيرة جداً من أصل (9) مهارات أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (55.56%). 2- وجود عدد (3) مهارات من عمليات الأداء التدريسي لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة كبيرة من أصل (9) مهارات أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (33.33%). 3- وجود عدد (1) مهارات من عمليات الأداء التدريسي لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة متوسطة من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (11.11%). ثانياً: المحور الثاني عملية التواصل والسمات الشخصية: 1- وجود مهارة واحدة من عملية التواصل والسمات الشخصية لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات-جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة كبيرة جدا من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (11.11%). 2- وجود عدد (5) مهارات من عملية التواصل والسمات الشخصية لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة كبيرة من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (55.56%). 3- وجود عدد (2) مهارة من عملية التواصل والسمات الشخصية لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة متوسطة من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (22.22%). 4- وجود عدد مهارة واحدة من عملية التواصل والسمات الشخصية لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة ضعيفة من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (11.11%). ثالثاً: المحور الثالث عملية التقويم: 1- وجود عدد (6) مهارات من عملية التقويم لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة كبيرة من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (66.67%). 2- وجود عدد (3) مهارات من عملية التقويم لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس (تعبير حركي) من وجهة نظر طالبات كلية التربية الرياضية بنات – جامعة الزقازيق بدرجة ضعيفة من أصل (9) مهارات، أي بنسبة مئوية مقدارها (33.33%). The research aimed to identify the level of teaching performance (teaching performance processes - communication process and personal features - the evaluation process) for faculty members (dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University, and the researcher used the descriptive approach to follow the survey method, and the research sample included On the number of (70) students in the third and fourth grades (specializing in dynamic expression) at the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University, a special questionnaire has been designed to evaluate the level of teaching performance of faculty members as a way, to collect data. Among the most important results: First: The First Topic: Teaching Performance Operations: 1. The presence of (5) skills from the teaching performance of the faculty members (a dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University with a very large degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (55.56%) . 2. The presence of a number (3) skills from the teaching performance of the faculty members (a dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University to a large degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (33.33%). 3. The presence of (1) skills from the teaching performance of the faculty members (a dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University with an average degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (11.11%). Second: The second axis : The process of communication and personal characteristics: 1. There is one skill in the communication process and the personal characteristics of the faculty members (dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls -Zagazig University with a very large degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (11.11%). 2. The presence of (5) skills from the communication process and the personal characteristics of the faculty members (dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls -Zagazig University with a large degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (55.56%). 3. The presence of (2) skills from the communication process and the personal characteristics of the faculty members (dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls -Zagazig University, with an average degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (22.22%). 4. The presence of one skill number in the communication process and the personal characteristics of the faculty members (dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls -Zagazig University with a weak degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (11.11%). Third: The third axis: The evaluation process: 1. The presence of (6) skills from the evaluation process among the faculty members (a dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University, to a large degree out of (9) skills, i.e. a percentage of (66.67%). 2. The presence of a number (3) skills from the evaluation process among the faculty members (a dynamic expression) from the viewpoint of students of the Faculty of Physical Education for Girls - Zagazig University with a weak degree out of (9) skills, or a percentage of (33.33%). |
