| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلي وضع تصور مقترح لدور الجامعة في بناء العقلية العربية لمواكبة اقتصاديات المعرفة في ضوء العصر هذا وتوصل البحث إلى نتائج تتمثل في أن مفهوم العقلية العربية لم يتم تداوله بشكل كبير داخل الكتابات العربية أو داخل المؤسسات الجامعية، والمتتبع لها يجدها تهتم باستيراد المعرفة ومعطيات العصر، دون المشاركة في إنتاجها أو تنميتها، كما أنها تعاني من العديد من الأزمات ترتب عليها الشعور بالاغتراب واللامبالاة. كما أن المعرفة واقتصادياتها عبارة عن حقل معرفي من حيث المفهوم والفلسفة ونظرياته المتنوعة التي يمكن من خلالها الوصول إلى تراث معرفي يقوم على استخدام معطيات العصر الرقمي بهدف تحقيق الميزة التنافسية المستدامة؛ مما يسهم في بناء عقلية عربية مستنيره بمتطلبات العصر الرقمي، من خلال الجامعة لما تملكه من بنية أساسية معرفية قوية في ظل اقتصاد المعرفة من ناحية، والمساهمة في حركة التنمية المستدامة. لذلك يقدم البحث تصور مقترح لدور الجامعة في بناء العقلية العربية القادرة على مواكبة اقتصاديات المعرفة في ضوء متطلبات العصر الرقمي. The research aims to develop a proposed perception of the university’s role in building the Arab mentality to keep pace with knowledge economics in the light of the digital age, by identifying: the conceptual framework of knowledge economies, and the most important features of the Arab mentality, while defining this perception and how to apply it. The current research used the descriptive approach, as it was limited to highlighting the university’s role in rebuilding the Arab mentality, and its implications for the contemporary reality of the outputs of these universities. The research will focus on analyzing the Arab mentality, the economics of knowledge and the digital age. The research concluded that the concept of the Arab mentality has not been widely circulated within Arab writings or within university institutions, and those who follow it find that it is interested in importing knowledge and the data of the age, without participating in its production or development, and it suffers from many crises resulting in a feeling of alienation. And indifference. Also, knowledge and its economics is a field of knowledge in terms of concept, philosophy and its various theories through which it is possible to access a knowledge heritage based on using the data of the digital age in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. This contributes to building an Arab mentality enlightened by the requirements of the digital age, through the university, because of its strong knowledge infrastructure in light of the knowledge economy on the one hand, and to contribute to the sustainable development movement. Therefore, the research presents a proposed conception of the university’s role in building the Arab mindset capable of keeping pace with knowledge economies in light of the requirements of the digital age. |
