| 520 | |a الإنسان الحر هو من يحصل على حقوقه على أكمل وجه سواء كانت حقوق طبيعية، سياسية، أيا كانت، ولا يقع ذلك الإنسان في الأغلال والقيود، وليس نزيلا في سجن من السجون، ولا يكن عبدا لأحد، لكي يحصل على حقوقه وأبسطها حق الحياة، حق الملكية، وهي حقوق وليست منح من أحد، نتيجة لأن جميع الناس أحرار متساوون، وذلك لن يتم إلا من خلال مجتمع يعترف لكل فرد من أفراده بقيمته وكرامته، وتحقيق الحرية والمساواة، بما يحقق به العدالة، وذلك يحقق من خلال قوانين سياسية قائمة على أساس تحقيق القيم الاجتماعية، أي أنه يرجع إلى قيمة أخلاقية، فأساس النظام السياسي الجيد هو كيفية إدارة الحكم وفق نظام أخلاقي سياسي، لكي يضمن كل فرد تحقيق العدالة والمساواة، وبالتالي يستطيع أن يحصل على حقوقه، وذلك لكي يحدث لابد من وجود حاكم يتجرد من الأنانية، فلا يسعى لمصلحته الخاصة، ولكن يستهدف الخير للمواطنين، ومع التأكيد على أن الإنسان في حاجة إلى أن يعيش وأن يمارس كل أساليب الرزق، ولذلك لا يمكن المساس بها، أو إحداث تغيير في حقوق الإنسان، ولا يحق لأحد أن ينتزعها، فهي جزء من كيان الفرد. | ||
