| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على متطلبات تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030 وذلك من خلال:\n-\tالمتطلبات الاستراتيجية لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tالمتطلبات التنظيمية لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tالمتطلبات التشريعية لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tمتطلبات الإمكانيات البشرية لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tمتطلبات الإمكانات المادية لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tمتطلبات أمن وحماية المعلومات لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tمتطلبات التقنيات الفنية لتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\n-\tمعوقات تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي وفقاً لرؤية الدولة 2030.\nوبعد جمع البيانات والمعالجات الإحصائية والنتائج التي توصل إليها الباحثة أمكن التوصل إلى الاستنتاجات والتوصيات الآتية:\n-\tيؤدى استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى الريادة والتميز بالاتحادات.\n-\tيلقى تطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي بالاتحادات الرياضية قبولا لدى الإدارة العليا بالاتحادات.\n-\tيتبنى الاتحاد التفكير بالنظم والتحليل وقراءة وفهم الأحداث.\n-\tإلى حدا ما يوجد جدول زمنى واضح لأنشطة الاتحاد مرتبطة بالذكاء الاصطناعي.\n-\tيستمد الاتحاد تشريعاته من تشريعات وقوانين الإدارة.\n-\tيسمح الاتحاد بتعديل اللوائح الداخلية وفقاً للمستجدات التشريعية والقانونية حسب طبيعة النشاط.\n-\tتوافر بنية تكنولوجية تسمح بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي والاستفادة منها.\n The research aims to identify the requirements for applying artificial intelligence according to the State's Vision 2030 through:\n- Strategic requirements for the implementation of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030.\n- Regulatory requirements for the implementation of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030\n- Legislative requirements for the implementation of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030.\n- Human potential requirements for the application of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030.\n- Requirements for the financial potential for the application of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030.\n- Information security and protection requirements for the application of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030.\n- Requirements for technical techniques for the application of artificial intelligence in accordance with the State Vision 2030.\n- Impediments to the implementation of artificial intelligence according to the State Vision 2030.\nAfter the collection of data, statistical processing and findings of the researcher, the following conclusions and recommendations were reached:\n- The use of artificial intelligence leads to leadership and excellence in federations.\n- The application of artificial intelligence in sports federations is accepted by the top management of the federations.\n- The Federation adopts systems thinking, analysis, reading and understanding of events.\n- To some extent, there is a clear timetable for federation activities related to artificial intelligence.\n- The Federation derives its legislation from administrative legislation and laws.\n- The federation allows amending the internal regulations in accordance with legislative and legal developments depending on the nature of the activity.\n- It recommending allowing the availability of a technological infrastructure that helps in the application of artificial intelligence and benefit from it.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020 |
