| المستخلص: | حاولت الدراسة الوقوف على كيفية توظيف الترجيح في مصنف (ائتلاف النصرة في اختلاف نحاة الكوفة والبصرة)؛ باستخلاص دلائله، ومنهجه؛ للتوصل إلى إجابة عن تساؤلات منها: بم يرجح النحوي؟ وكيف؟ وهل كان الترجيح وسيلة لائتلاف وجهات النظر وتقريبها، أو كان ممثلا لأحد جوانب مصطلح (الخلاف) وهو النصرة والغلبة؟ وقد حددت أطرها المكانية في هذا المصنف دونا عن كتب الخلاف الأخرى -التي تعد الميدان التطبيقي الثري بالجدل النحوي - لقلة الدراسات التطبيقية حوله، ناهيك عن ظهور الترجيح فيه جليا في جل مسائله، وتفوقه على بقية أقرانه زيادة في عدد مسائله، فضلا عن إفادته منها. ونظرا لطبيعتها البحثية فقد اتخذت من المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي منهجا لها، وخلصت إلى نتائج من أهمها: ورود دلائل الترجيح في مصنف الزبيدي بنمطين: صريحة، وغير صريحة، وبدورها وردت دلائل الترجيح الصريحة بنمطين: دلائل التقوية، دلائل التفضيل، فظهرت عناية الزبيدي بدلائل النمط الأول في المقام الأول في ترجيحاته، وكانت أكثر الدلائل ورودا هي دلالة (الصحيح) ودلالة (الأصح)، علما أن دلالة (الصحيح) هي التي تنبى بوجود رأي مخالف للرأي الراجح وضده، في حين أن بقية الدلائل تكاد تكون متكافئة مع آراء سياقاتها؛ إذ الجدال المفضي إلى نصرة أحد الطرفين غير متحقق فيها؛ فهي اختلافات في وجهات النظر في مواضع ما، كلها صحيحة. وبذا فالترجيح في هذه الدلائل قائم على الميل النسبي لأحد الآراء المتوافقة. وفي المقابل دارت دلائل الترجيح غير الصريحة ما بين دلائل القدح في الرأي المرجوح، أو دلائل التشكيك في دليله أو حجته. وفي كل هذا سار الزبيدي وفق خطوط جلية تجلي منهجه في الترجيح، الذي انتهج فيه آليات ثلاث، هي: ترجيح رأي ورد الآخر، والترجيح مع التعليل، والاكتفاء بالترجيح دون تعليق. وقد سلك في رده المستند إليه والحجة مسلك التنديد بالافتقار إلى الذليل الذي كان أشبه ما يكون بلازمة من لوازم منهج الترجيح عنده - ومسلك القدح في الدليل ذاته أو في قائله.
