| المستخلص: | لقد ساهمت الانتقالات الفكرية المتعاقبة في تأطير المداخل النظرية التي تؤثر في صانع القرار لفهم التفاعلات التي تحدث في إطار العلاقات الدولية وأن هذه التيارات المختلفة هي ليست مناهج، أو مذاهب متصارعة ومتباعدة وإنما مناهج وأساليب وطرائق مختلفة في التفكير والتحليل وغالباً ما تحاول بعض الإدارات الأمريكية الاستعانة بها لفهم الأحداث الدولية، وفي أحيان أخرى تعمل على المزاوجة ما بين هذه التيارات، لتوجيه التحرك الأمريكي بما ينسجم و مصالحها وحسب قناعات ومشارب الإدارة التي تتولى قيادة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وتأثرها بأي أنماط المناهج والأفكار على صعيد العلاقات الدولية. ويتميز الادراك الاستراتيجي بأنه إدراك غير عادي لأنه يتصل بالتفكيرين الابداعي والاستراتيجي في عملية تعامله مع الموقف، كما انه يتصل بعملية صنع واتخاذ القرار في الدولة، وما تمثله هذه العملية من مهمة صعبة وشاقة فضلاً عما تحتاجه من وعي بالظروف المحيطة سواء لأجهزتها البيروقراطية او لمتخذي القرار. Successive intellectual transitions have contributed to framing the theoretical approaches that influence the decision-maker to understand the interactions that occur in the framework of international relations and that these different currents are not conflicting or divergent approaches or doctrines but rather different approaches, methods and methods in thinking and analysis and often some American administrations try to use them To understand international events, and at other times it works to pair these currents, to direct the American move in a way that is consistent with its interests and according to the convictions and approaches of the administration that is leading the United States of America and affected by any patterns of approaches and ideas in the field of international relations. Strategic realization is distinguished as an extraordinary awareness because it relates to the creative and strategic thinking in its process of dealing with the situation, as it relates to the process of decision-making in the state, and the difficult and arduous task that this process represents as well as what it needs from awareness of the circumstances surrounding either its bureaucratic apparatus or the decision-makers. |
