| المستخلص: | تدور فكرة البحث حول الاتجاه التفكيكي من حيث مفهومه وتعريفه ومراحل تطوره ونقده، وأهداف البحث هي: 1- تقريب مفهوم التفكيكية للمثقف العربي غير المتخصص بالعلوم الشرعية، حتى يكون على دراية بهذا المنهج النقدي وكيف يتعاطى معه. 2- كشف الجوانب المشكلة والمنحرفة في التفكيكة والرد عليها. 3- بيان خطورة استخدام المنهج التفكيكي للنصوص الأدبية عموما والشرعية المقدسة خصوصا. وجاء البحث في تمهيد وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة، وهي كالتالي: التمهيد: وفيه أهمية البحث وأهدافه ومنهجي فيه. المبحث الأول: تعريف التفكيكية لغة واصطلاحا. المبحث الثاني: نشأتها. المبحث الثالث: أصولها ومراحل تطورها. المبحث الرابع: النقد. الخاتمة: وفيها أهم نتائج البحث. وخلص الباحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1- الغموض الذي يكتنف التفكيكية، مما أدى إلى صعوبة تعريفها تعريفا جامعا مانعا. 2- أي منهج قبل أن يكون أدوات إجرائية فهو رؤية وتصور عن العالم والوجود والتاريخ والإنسان. 3- التفكيك أحد الاتجاهات الفكرية لما بعد البنيوية. 4- التفكيك يقوم على أساس الهدم والتقويض. 5- التفكيك قام على رفض الميتافيزيقيا الغربية. 6- خطورة استخدام المنهج التفكيكي على النصوص الأدبية أو الفلسفية بله على النصوص الشرعية. The idea of research revolves around the deconstructive trend in terms of its concept, definition, stages of development and criticism, and the objectives of the research are: 1- Bringing the concept of deconstruction closer to the Arab intellectual who is not specialized in legal sciences, so that he is familiar with this critical approach and how to deal with it. 2- Detect and respond to the problematic and deviant aspects of disassociation. 3- Explain the seriousness of using the deconstructive approach to literary texts in general and sacred legitimacy in particular. The research came in a preliminary and four sections and a conclusion, as follows: Introduction: It includes the importance of research, its objectives, and my methodology in it. The first topic: Definition of the word "word." The second topic: its origins. The third topic: its origins and stages of development. The fourth topic: criticism. Conclusion: It contains the most important search results. The researcher concluded the following results: 1- The mystery of deconstruction, which made it difficult to define it holistically. 2- Any method before it is procedural tools is a vision and a vision of the world, existence, history and man. 3- Dismantling is one of post-structural thinking. 4- Dismantling is based on demolition and undercutting. 5- The deconstruction was based on the rejection of Western metaphysics. 6- The danger of using the deconstructive approach to literary or philosophical texts, and even to legal texts. |
