| المستخلص: | الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن ولاه، اما بعد: فقد استدل علماء الأصول في إثبات القواعد والمسائل الأصولية بجمع كبير من الأحاديث، وقد أكثر علماء الأصول من الاستدلال ببعض الأحاديث على وجه الخصوص، فاستدلوا بها على مسائل متعددة في علم الأصول من تلك الأحاديث قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم (عليكم بستني وسنة الخلفاء الراشدين المهديين من بعدي) وحديث (اقتدوا باللذين من بعدي). ويأتي هذا البحث للنظر في المسائل التي استدل العلماء لها بهذين الحديثين مع بيان وجه الاستدلال، وما يرد على الاستدلال بهما. فانتظم البحث فكان في مبحثين: المبحث الأول: في تخريج الحديثين وبيان معناهما. أما المبحث الثاني فكان في جمع استلال علماء الأصول بالحديثين في مسائل وقواعد الأصول. وختمته بأبرز النتائج والتوصيات التي منها: أن استدلال الأصوليين بهذين الحديثين في مواطن متعددة، يدل دلالة واضحة على فصاحة كلام النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وبلوغه المنتهي في الدلالة والبيان، وأنه أوتي جوامع الكلم، وقمت بإعداد فهرس للمراجع. وصلى الله علي نبينا محمد وعلي آله وصحبه وسلم. Praise be to Allah، and peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of God، his household، companions، and those who followed them: The scholars of fundamentals used in proving the rules of fundamentals a large collection of hadiths، and most of the scholars of fundamentals have used some hadiths in particular as evidences on various issues of fundamentals such as the hadith of (cling to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly Guided Caliphs After me) and the hadith (take Abu Bakr and Omar as role models) This research considers the issues to which the scholars have supported using these two hadiths، with an indication of the aspect of inference، and what is contradicting this inference. The research included the following: The first topic: Authenticating the two hadiths and explaining their meaning. The second topic: collecting the inference of the fundamentals scholars with the hadiths regarding the issues and rules of fundamentals. The research concluded with the most prominent findings and recommendations، including: The fundamentalists ’inference of these two hadiths in multiple places indicates a clear indication of the eloquence of the Prophet’s words and his utmost fluency، and that he was given short rich expressions The research included an index for references.
