| المستخلص: | If poetry represents a precious value in the primitive society, the value of this poetry goes beyond the group of human values which the poet expresses in his poems, and which the speaker expresses in his speeches and common sayings. The primitive society, like any other society, has included a number of reformers who are both poets and speakers. It has also included a group of scientists, wise people and religious men. All of them have exerted their effort, through their sayings and actions, to plant groups of the human values, which are both precious and various. Those people have also had the responsibility of social mobility, which they hope. Social values have been one of the most prominent human values, which they have aimed to plant in all psyches. They also represent one of the most important values, which are considered, for any society, as the building pillars, on which it stands and by which it does not collapse; because society needs a group of good social values, which are planted in everyone, to build its civilization, progress and improvement. The congregation of poets and speakers is considered as the most prominent, popular and dreadful reformers for the individuals. Also, the Christian poets, with their enormous numbers that are widespread in Arabia, have not been far from such a society as they have been aware of, through their wisdom and human values which they have acquired from the Bible, the importance of these social human values in building their society. Those are the values, which God has put to please and reform all human beings. Thus, the poets and speakers have done their best to express those values, including the various forms of them, in their poems and voluntaries. The value of generosity, virtue and neighborliness has been one of the most important social, human values, which they have handled heavily in their poetry. إذا كان الشعر يمثل قيمة كبرى لدى المجتمع الجاهلي؛ فإن قيمة هذا الشعر تكمن في مجموعة القيم الإنسانية التي عبر عنها الشاعر في تضاعيف قصائده، والخطيب في خطبه وأقواله المنثورة والمأثورة، فالمجتمع في العصر الجاهلي مثل غيره من المجتمعات؛ ضم عددا من المصلحين شعراء وخطباء، وطائفة من العلماء والحكماء ورجال الدين، سعوا بأقوالهم وأفعالهم إلى غرس جماع من القيم الإنسانية العليا المتنوعة في نفوس المجتمع، وأخذوا على عاتقهم تغيير المجتمع إلى الأفضل الذي ينشدونه. وكان من أبرز تلك القيم الإنسانية التي سعوا إلى غرسها في النفوس القيم الاجتماعية، وهي إحدى أهم القيم الإنسانية التي تعد بالنسبة لأي مجتمع أعمدة البناء التي تحمله وتحميه من الانهيار؛ ذلك لأن المجتمع يحتاج لبناء حضارته ورقيه ونمائه مجموعة من القيم الاجتماعية المحمودة التي تغرس في نفوس أفراده. وتعد طائفة الشعراء والخطباء من أبرز هؤلاء المصلحين وأكثرهم صوتا مسموعا ورهبة في نفوس أفراد المجتمع، ولم تك شعراء النصارى - بأعدادهم الكبيرة المنتشرة في الجزيرة العربية - بمنأى عن ذلك المجتمع فقد كانوا مدركين بحكمتهم وقيمهم الإنسانية -التي اقتبسوها عن كتبهم المقدسة - أهمية تلك القيم الإنسانية الاجتماعية في بناء مجتمعهم، فهي قيم وضعها الإله لخير البشرية وإصلاحها؛ لذلك سعوا بكل جهد إلى التعبير عن تلكم القيم بكل صورها وأشكالها في قصائدهم ومقطوعاتهم، وكانت من أهم تلك القيم الإنسانية الاجتماعية التي تناولوها في شعرهم وأكثروا فيها القول، قيمة الكرم والعفة وحسن الجوار |
