| المستخلص: | This study aimed to identify the role of the social worker in reducing family crimes in the Makkah region. Where the study sample consisted of (433) social workers, of whom (316) were specialists, and (117) were specialists. This study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the study questionnaire was designed based on previous studies and scientific research, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: That the factor of weakness of religious belief came in the first place leading to the commission of family crimes in the Makkah region with an average score of (4.59), while the factor of taking revenge came in the last place with an average score of 3.27. Parenting over the family, drug addiction,, counterfeiting events Hostile films The results of the study also found that the preventive programs through which the social worker can reduce the commission of family crimes are: Directing the media to educate the family in the field of family crime prevention, and the results also showed that the treatment programs through which the social worker can reduce the commission of family crimes They are: Using the help of family crime program experts. The results of the study also showed that the proposed social specialist's roles towards the family in which family crimes occur are: Awareness about the seriousness of family crime, as this paragraph ranked first with an arithmetic average (4.67) b DONC on the respondents' estimates, While the last rank was occupied by a paragraph relieving feelings of sadness that appears in cases of family crime with an average arithmetic (4.42), and in light of the results of the study, a number of recommendations were presented, the most important of which are: Encouraging parents to adopt good and appropriate upbringing methods for their children socially ( Such as the democratic pattern), providing social programs to raise awareness of the seriousness of the crime, activating the preventive role of the social worker by increasing their participation with state security institutions to treat family crime perpetrators هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في الحد من ارتكاب الجرائم الأسرية في منطقة مكة المكرمة. حيث تألفت عينة الدراسة من( 433) أخصائي اجتماعي، منهم (316) أخصائيا، و(117) أخصائية، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تصميم استبانة الدراسة بناء على الدراسات السابقة والبحث العلمي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن عامل ضعف الوازع الديني جاء في المرتبة الأولى المؤدية لارتكاب الجرائم الأسرية في منطقة مكة المكرمة بمتوسط حسابي (59.4)، بينما جاء عامل الأخذ بالثأر في المرتبة الأخيرة بمتوسط حسابي (27.3)، كما كشفت الدراسة العديد من العوامل المؤدية لارتكاب الجريمة أهمها: ضعف الرقابة الوالدية على الأسرة، إدمان المخدرات، تقليد أحداث الأفلام ذات الطابع العدائي. كما توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن البرامج الوقائية التي من خلالها يمكن للأخصائي الاجتماعي الحد من ارتكاب الجرائم الأسرية هي: توجيه الجهات الإعلامية بتثقيف الأسرة في مجال الوقاية من الجرائم الأسرية، كما أظهرت النتائج أن البرامج العلاجية التي من خلالها يمكن للأخصائي الاجتماعي الحد من ارتكاب الجرائم الأسرية هي: الاستعانة بخبراء برامج مواجهة الجرائم الأسرية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أدوار الاخصائي الاجتماعي المقترحة نحو الأسرة التي تحدث بها جرائم أسرية هي: التوعية حول خطورة الجريمة الأسرية حيث احتلت هذه الفقرة المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط حسابي(67.4) بناء على تقديرات المبحوثين، بينما احتلت المرتبة الأخيرة فقرة تخفيف مشاعر الحزن التي تظهر لدى الحالات التي تقوم بالجريمة الأسرية بمتوسط حسابي (42.4)، وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة، فقد تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات من أهمها: تشجيع الآباء على إتباع أساليب تنشئة جيدة وملائمة لأبنائهم إجتماعيا ( كالنمط الديمقراطي)، توفير البرامج الاجتماعية للتوعية بخطورة الجريمة، تفعيل الدور الوقائي للأخصائي الاجتماعي من خلال زيادة مشاركتهم مع مؤسسات الدولة الأمنية لعلاج مرتكبي الجرائم الأسرية. |
