| المستخلص: | At present, the surrounding is in constant change, and it isn't easy to anticipate. The institutions have to find a means for rapid adaptation to ensure survival; otherwise, it will disappear in an environment characterized by threat and aggression.\nThe concept of flexibility has become imposed as an answer to a set of constraints linked to uncertainty: flexibility is imposed if it is necessary not to give it up, and for this, it has become a modern systemic mechanism and handling as one of the changes of flexibility and as one of the mechanisms to abandon investment that gives flexibility the opportunity to conduct various activities, costs-reduction, and better control. The field study was conducted to explore the concept of flexibility and its measurement, and handling was measured to show either it is a stimulus or a hindrance.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2020\n L’environnement actuel est en perpétuel changement et difficilement prévisible, les entreprises doivent trouver le moyen de s’adapter rapidement pour assurer leur pérennité, sinon disparaître, dans des environnements menaçants et hostiles.Le concept de flexibilité s’impose comme la réponse à un grand nombre de contraintes, liées notamment à l’augmentation des incertitudes :La flexibilité apparaît dès lors comme incontournable. C’est pourquoi, elle est mise au coeur des dispositifs organisationnels modernes. La sous-traitance ,variable de la flexibilité, est un mécanisme d’évitement d’investissement qui donne à l’entreprise l’opportunité de gérer des activités distinctes, de diminuer des coûts, et de mieux contrôler. A partir de ce qu’a été dit, nous proposons la problématique suivante :la sous traitance est –elle un frein ou un vecteur de flexibilité de l’entreprise ? Notre étude porte sur un ensemble d’entreprises de la wilaya de Tlemce في الوقت الحاضر أصبح المحيط في تغير متواصل وصعب التوقع فالمؤسسات عليها أن تجد الوسيلة للتأقلم السريع حتى تضمن بقاءها وإلا كان مصيرها الزوال في محيط يتسم بالتهديد والعدوانية.\nمفهوم الليونة أصبح مفروض كإجابة على مجموعة من المعوقات مرتبطة بعدم التأكد: الليونة تفرض إذا عدم التخلي عنها ضروري، ولهذا أصبحت كآلية نظامية حديثة و المناولة كأحد متغيرات الليونة وكأحد مكانزمات التخلي عن الاستثمار التي تعطي لليونة الفرصة لتسيير النشاطات المختلفة، ونقص التكاليف والمراقبة الأفضل، وكانت الدراسة الميدانية لاستكشاف مفهوم الليونة وقياسها، تم قياس المناولة لكي تظهر إما أن تكون حافز أو معرقل.\n |
