| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى التسامح لدى فئة مراجعي المحاكم النظامية في محافظة الكرك. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (195) منهم (146) ذكرا و(49) أنثي من ذوي القضايا الجزائية وقضايا التنفيذ. استخدمت الباحثة مقياسي (التسامح) و(عوامل الشخصية الكبرى). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى التسامح لدى مراجعي هذه المحاكم كان عالياً، كما أظهرت النتائج ارتباط التسامح بشكل إيجابي في (الانبساطية، يقظة الضمير، الانفتاح على الخبرة، والمقبولية)، في حين ارتبط بشكل سلبي مع عامل العصابية. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً أن التسامح عند الإناث جاء أعلى من الذكور وقد خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات المتعلقة بنتائجها. The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between five- factor model of personality and forgiveness at those who have issues in the courts in Jordan. The sample of the study consisted of (195) with criminal and execution issues. The researcher used forgiveness and five- factor model of personality scales. The results of the study showed that the level of forgiveness of the auditors of these courts was high . The results also snowed a positive correlation of forgiveness in (extroversion, conscience awakening, openness to experience, and acceptability), while it was negatively correlated with neuroticism. The results of the study also showed that the forgiveness for females was higher than for males The study came out with some recommendations related to its results. |
