| 520 | |a الرجال الذين تسنموا العلياء وتسابقوا نحو سلم المجد بالكد والكدح والجد قليلون معدودون.. ولا يكاد يجود بهم الزمن إلا على فترات متباعدة وهجعه من الدهر من بين القرون الهامدة! ومن هنا استحق المقدس الأردبيلي أن يكون في القمة في مدرسة أهل البيت عليهم السلام، فكان له نهج علمي خاص به في مختلف العلوم العقلية والمعرفية، فأبرز في الجانب الفقهي البحث الأصولي وجذوره، وكذلك بما يرتبط بالجانب السياسي، فكان له رأي معتدل وسط بين الإفراط والتفريط في إدارة الدولة وفي حدود الضرورة، ومن هنا كانت مشكلة البحث، تكمن في التوفيق بين نظرية الإمامة للحكم، وكيفية التعامل مع الحكومات، ودعوته إلى ولاية الفقيه في الحكم والتنظير لها وفق المنظور الإسلامي جديد وفي عصر الغيبة، وبناء الدولة مجتمعيا، ومن هنا كانت الدراسة من تمهيد وأربعة مباحث، ونتائج، فالمبحث الأول: حمل عنوان بدايات الفكر السياسي لمفهوم الدولة في عصر الإسلام وتطوره، والثاني: الفقهاء ودورهم في التنظير للحكم وقيادة الدولة فقهيا، والثالث: الأسس الاستنباطية للحكم في نظر المحقق الأردبيلي، والرابع: نظر المحقق الأردبيلي الاستنباطي لمقتضيات الزمان والمصلحة والتعامل مع السلطان، اعتمادا على المصادر الموثقة المعلقة بالبحث، ومن الله التوفيق. | ||

There is a hardly time exists only at long intervals and dwelled from the age of the dead centuries. Only because the price is high, and the tax is hardly tolerable only among those who tested Allah hearts faith. Hence, for other considerations, the reverend "Ardebili" deserved to be at the summit among the followers of the Ahlul-Bayt school and those who followed their approach in the construction and evaluation. Al-Ardebili had his own scientific approach in the various mental, cognitive and practical sciences and reliance on scientific research based on text away from tradition. He has also showed the critique and study of the views and theories of advanced scientists as well as latecomers. Therefore, we walked in the footsteps of those who uncovered his secrets and traced his traces and excavated us. The first section carried the first topic: the beginnings of the political thought of the concept of the state in the era of Islam and its development. The second topic is the scholars and their roles in theorizing the rule and leadership of the state jurisprudence. The third topic is the deductive foundations of governance in the eyes of the investigator "Al-Ardebili". The fourth topic is the consideration of the investigator "Al Ardebili" to deduct the requirements of time and interest in dealing with the Sultan. The researcher has relied on the most important sources documented, and has highlighted a number of results related to how to deal with the state and its borders to ensure the conservation of believers and their interests. | ||
