| 520 | |a شهدت المدن القديمة بالمغرب منذ بداية القرن العشرين مجموعة من التحولات الديمغرافية والاجتماعية، أثرت سلبا على إطارها المبني نتيجة التغيرات السوسيو-اقتصادية للساكنة من جهة، وكذا الممارسات الحضرية من جهة أخري. ومدينة فاس القديمة لم تسلم من هذه الاختلالات التي مست النسيج الحضري المغربي، خصوصا فيما يرتبط بانتشار السكن غير اللائق ومن ضمنه المباني المهددة بالانهيار التي تمثل أخطر أنواعه. هذه التحولات استوجبت القيام بالعديد من المبادرات والمجهودات قصد الحد من تدهور المباني، وكذا إعادة النظر في الأوضاع السوسيو اقتصادية للساكنة التي يعد الاهتمام بها من الشروط الأساسية لرد الاعتبار لهذه المنطقة التاريخية التي كانت ولا زالت تعاني من ظاهرة السكن المهدد بالانهيار، الذي يهدد استمراريتها وكذا مستقبل ساكنتها. | ||
| 520 | |b Since the beginning of the twentieth century, the old city of Fez underwent a range of demographic, social and economic transitions that have had a drastic impact on its constructed framework (housing) and its urban practices as well. The city of Fez couldn't avoid the conditions of degradation and transition that targeted the overall urban tissue in Morocco especially with the emergence of informal housing including the collapsing buildings. To stop the effects of collapsing houses along with those of the afro-mentioned transitions, lot of efforts should be exerted. Furthermore, the socio-economic conditions of the inhabitants should be reconsidered, because the latter are part and parcel of the whole city which is now suffering from a serious physical degradation that threatens both its future and that of its inhabitants. | ||
| 520 | |d Les médinas du Maroc ont connues du début du 20eme siècle, de nombreuses mutations démographiques et sociales. Ce qui a influé négativement sur le cadre bâti a cause des changements socio-économiques des habitants d' ime part et de la pratique urbaine d' autre part. La Medina de Fés ne sort pas des troubles qui ont touché le tissu urbain marocain spécialement la propagation de l'habitat insalubre y-compris les habitats menaçant iuines qui représente l'un de ces types les plus dangereux. Ces changements ont posé un ensemble d'initiations et d'efforts pour limiter la destruction des habitats et prendre en compte la situation socio-économique des habitants, qui présentent l ime des facteurs primordiaux pour la réhabilitation de cette zone historique : et qui était et qui est encore touché par le phénoméne menaçant ruine ce qui menace sa continuité et l'avenir de ses habitants. | ||
