| المستخلص: | مثلت الحركات العربية بداية لعصر جدد للشعوب العربية، وأفرزت تحديات أمامها أثرت على القضية الفلسطينية، فالساحة الفلسطينية اليوم في مأزق في ظل وجود سلطة بإمكانيات محدودة. وسمات هذا المأزق مرتبطة بطبيعة التحولات في المجتمع الإسرائيلي، والتحالف الإسرائيلي الأمريكي، وضعف الأنظمة العربية في ظل التحديات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تواجهها، كما أن المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية انعكست على الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية بشكل حد من قدرتها على مواجهة تصفية القضية الفلسطينية، مما يساهم في تسهيل تمرير الخطة الأمريكية الإسرائيلية للسلام في المنطقة. وهذا يتطلب من الحركة الوطنية إعادة النظر في استراتجياتها، وتطوير أدواتها النضالية بما يضمن الحق الفلسطيني، ويحمي المشروع الوطني. تأتي أهمية الدراسة من كونها تسلط الضوء على تبيان وتحليل أثر الحركات العربية على الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية، في ظل المتغيرات الإقليمية والدولية التي من شأنها أن تخلق تحديات أمام الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية. كما هدفت إلى دراسة هذه الحركات في سياقها المفاهيمي، ومناقشة الجدل حول حقيقتها، وتفسير أثر المتغيرات الإقليمية على الحركة الوطنية الفلسطينية. فضلا عن إبراز التحديات التي تواجه هذه الحركة ما بعد الحركات العربية. The Arab Spring revolutions represented the beginning of a new era for the Arab peoples and created challenges for them, which affected the Palestinian issue. The Palestinian arena today is in trouble in light of the existence of an authority with limited capabilities. The features of this predicament are related to the nature of the transformations in Israeli society and the Israeli-American alliance and the weakness of the Arab regimes in light of the economic and social challenges facing them. The international and regional changes reflected on the Palestinian national movement in a way that limits its ability to face the liquidation of the Palestinian issue, in a way that contributes to facilitating the passage of the American-Israeli peace plan in the area. This requires the national movement to reconsider its strategies and develop its struggle tools in a manner that guarantees the Palestinian rights and protects the national project. The importance of the study comes from highlighting the clarification and analysis of the impact of the Arab Spring revolutions on the Palestinian national movement and its challenges in light of regional and international changes. It also aims to study the Arab Spring revolutions in its conceptual context, to discuss the debate about the reality of the Arab Spring revolutions and to explain the impact of regional changes on the Palestinian national movement. |
