| المستخلص: | الحوسبة الاجتماعية عبارة عن مجال حيوي يحدث فيه التفاعل عبر الإنترنت وهذا التفاعل يعني فهم آراء المستخدمين. وتزداد الدراسة في مجال تحليل المشاعر يوما بعد يوم بسبب زيادة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لأن هذه المواقع تسمح للأشخاص بالتعبير بحرية عن آرائهم ومشاركتها مع الآخرين بشأن أي شيء محدد. وفى الآونة الأخيرة أدى توظيف تطبيقات الويب القائمة على تكنولوجيا الذكاء الاصطناعي كروبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية إلى توفير بيئة تعلم متنقلة تكيفية ذكية تعتمد على الوسائط المتعددة في ضوء نظام تعليمي قادرا على تمثيل الدور الهام المأمول من أجل تكييف بيئة التعلم وفقا لأنماط التعلم المختلفة عند المتعلمين، وأيضا إتاحة القدرة على التعبير عن رأيهم ومشاعرهم في طريقة التدريس باستخدام روبوتات الدردشة والتغذية الراجعة وبالتالي رأيهم في المقرر إلكتروني. ويقدم هذا البحث منهجية مقترحة للتنقيب عن مشاعر الطلاب فيما يتعلق بدور روبوتات الدردشة التفاعلية في إثراء العملية التعليمية. والجديد في هذا البحث أنه يتناول تحليل هذه المشاعر باللغة العربية والتي من خلالها يستطيع الطالب التعبير عن رأيه بمفردات لغوية متنوعة، ويتم تطبيق التقنية المقترحة باستخدام واجهة برمجة تطبيقات chatbot لاستخراج التعليقات، ثم يتم تصنيفها في ثلاث مجموعات (أي إيجابية وسلبية ومحايدة) باستخدام نموذج الاحتمالية لشبكة Bayesian. والمنهجية المقترحة تساعد على تحسين بيئة التعلم من خلال توفير أشكال مختلفة وتحليل آراء مختلفة من الطلاب. Social computing is a vital field in which interaction occurs across the Internet; and this interaction means understanding the opinions of users. The study in the field of sentiment analysis increases day by day due to the increased use of social media, because these sites allow people to freely express their opinions and share with others about anything specific. Recently, the use of Web applications based on artificial intelligence technology such as interactive chat robots has resulted in providing an adaptive, smart, mobile, multimedia-based learning environment in the light of an educational system capable of representing the important role hoped for in order to adapt the learning environment according to different learning styles of learners. This learning system also provided the ability to express their opinion and feelings in the way of teaching using chat robots and feedback, and thus their opinion in the electronic course. This paper presents a suggested approach for exploring students' feelings regarding the role of interactive chat robots in enriching the educational process. What is new in this research is that it deals with the analysis of these feelings in the Arabic language, through which the student can express his opinion in various linguistic vocabulary. The proposed technique is implemented using the chatbot application interface to extract comments, and is then categorized into three groups (i.e. positive, negative, and neutral) using the probability model for a Bayesian network. The proposed approach helps improving the learning environment by providing different forms and analyzing different sentiments of students. |
