| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة تحقيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية الأعمال في الجامعات الأردنية، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واختيرت عينة الدراسة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعتي عمان العربية والعربية المفتوحة خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2019 / 2020، حيث بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (27) موزعين بواقع (20) عضوا من جامعة عمان العربية و(7) أعضاء من الجامعة العربية المفتوحة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة بنيت أداة الدراسة التي تكونت من مجالات التزام الإدارة العليا، التحسين المستمر، المجال الأكاديمي، التقنيات، علاقة الجامعة بالمجتمع المحلي. وتم التأكد من هدف أداة الدراسة وثباتها. وأظهرت النتائج وجود درجة مرتفعة من تحقيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في كلية الأعمال من وجهة نظر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية، ولا يوجد هناك أي فروق بالنسبة لمتغيرات الدراسة (الرتبة الأكاديمية والخبرة)، ويوجد فروق في المتغيرات (العمر والجامعة التي تخرج منها). وأوصى الباحث بتبني فلسفة إدارة الجودة الشاملة وتطبيقها في كلية الأعمال في الجامعات الأردنية. This study aimed to find out the degree of achieving comprehensive quality in the College of Business in Jordanian universities, The descriptive analytical method was used and the study sample was chosen from the faculty members at the Amman Arab and Arab Open Universities during the second semester of the year 2019/2020, As the number of the sample members reached 27 distributed by 20 members from Amman Arab University and 7 members from the Open Arab University, In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool that consisted of the fields was based on the commitment of senior management, continuous improvement, the academic field, technologies, the university’s relationship with the local community. And the purpose of the study tool and its stability were confirmed. The results showed a high degree of achievement of comprehensive quality management in the College of Business from the viewpoint of the faculty members. There are no differences for the variables of the study (academic rank and experience), and there are differences in the variables (age and university from which they graduate).The researcher recommended adopting the philosophy of comprehensive quality management and applying it to the College of Business in Jordanian universities. |
