| 520 | |a لقد عرف النظام الدولي خلال السنوات الأخيرة تهديدات إرهابية مختلفة من حيث مفهومها عن ظاهرة الإرهاب التقليدي، إذ أصبح العالم وجها لوجه ميع ظاهرة الإرهاب البيولوجي القائمة على استخدام الفيروسات والجراثيم وغيرها من الكائنات الحية الدقيقة، بحيث ينطوي هذا النوع المستحدث من الإرهاب على خطورة جسيمة من حيث كونه يلحق الأذية بالإنسان والحيوان والنبات. تعد جائحة كورونا التي اجتاحت معظم دول العالم تقريبا مختلفة العديد من الوفيات والإصابات إلى جانب الخسائر المادية، إحدى صور الإرهاب البيولوجي التي ستؤدي إلى قلب الموازين في العالم خصوصا مع كثرت التحليلات والاتهامات المتبادلة بين كبار قادة دول العالم والتناقضات حول هذا الفيروس، بحيث سيكون لجائحة فيروس كورونا المستجد انعكاسات على العلاقات الدولية وهذا ما ينذر بتغييرات هامة ستطرأ على النظام الدولي بعد التعافي من هذه الجائحة. | ||

As the world has come face to face with the phenomenon of biological terrorism based on the use of viruses, germs and other microorganisms. In which, this new type of terrorism carries a grave danger, so it causes harms to humans, animals, and plants. The Corona pandemic, which invaded almost every country in the world, leaving many deaths and injuries in addition to material losses, is considered as one of biological terrorism’s forms. Therefore, it will overthrow the balances in the world, especially with the numerous analyzes and mutual accusations between the top leaders of the world, as well as the contradictions about this virus. Therefore, the pandemic of the newly Coronavirus will have repercussions on the international relations, and this foreshadows of important changes to the international system after recovering from this pandemic. | ||
