| المستخلص: | The research sheds the spotlight on brief examples of its applications on the rules of interests and spoilers in the litigation reality of one of the imams of knowledge and advocacy in the modern era, which is the Albanian Imam, May God Almighty have mercy on him. The research was divided into a preamble on the concept of the rules of interests and evils, its importance, the translation of Albani, and then his advocacy method. And four sections, under each topic demands. The most prominent results of the research: It shows the importance of Makassed’s consideration of the interests and spoilers of the preachers Following in the footsteps of the Lords, and before them the guidance of the prophets and messengers, it is one of the most important reasons for the integrity of the advocacy process, the overcoming of problems, the stability of the principles, and the reduction of disagreement. البحث فيه تسليط الأضواء، على نماذج مختصرة من تطبيقاته حول قواعد المصالح والمفاسد في الواقع الدعوي لأحد أئمة العلم والدعوة في العصر الحديث، وهو الإمام الألباني رحمة الله. وقسم البحث إلى تمهيد حول مفهوم قواعد المصالح والمفاسد، وأهميتها، وترجمة الألباني، ثم منهجه الدعوي. وأربعة مباحث، تحت كل مبحث مطالب. وأبرز نتائج البحث: أنه يبين أهمية النظر المقاصدي في المصالح والمفاسد للدعاة؛ اقتفاء لأثر الربانيين، وقبلهم هدي الأنبياء والمرسلين، فهو من أهم أسباب سلامة المسيرة الدعوية، وتجاوز المشكلات، والثبات علن الأصول، وتقليل الخلاف. |
