| المستخلص: | The current requirements for environmental information to build relevant environmental policies make conventional instruments such as national accounting outdated. The need to adjust and supplement this accounting is becoming more and more important. This action gives rise to a national environmental accounting, which constitutes a statistical information system integrating the economy and the environment and acting through the use of satellite environmental accounts. This article aims to highlight a certain number of concepts to be mastered beforehand to ensure the proper implementation of this system of satellite accounts at the level of the accounts of the nation. Les exigences actuelles en matière d’informations environnementales pour construire des politiques environnementales pertinentes rendent les instruments classiques, telle que la comptabilité nationale, dépassés. La nécessité d’ajuster et de compléter cette comptabilité devient de plus en plus accrue. Cette action donne naissance à une comptabilité nationale de l’environnement, qui constitue un système d’information statistique intégrant l’économie et l’environnement et agissant en utilisant des comptes satellites de l’environnement. Ce présent article vise à mettre en évidence un certain nombre de concepts à maitriser au préalable pour assurer la bonne mise en place de ce système de comptes satellites au niveau des comptes de la nation. |
