| المستخلص: | من المعلوم الذي لا ريب فيه أن أحكام الشريعة التي جاء بها القرآن الكريم جاءت لمقاصد وغايات وأسرار لا يدركها مجرد عقل خال من شريعة وجاءت أحكام الحدود حماية لضروريات كلية أعلاها الأنفس والأموال والعقول والأعراض والأنساب، فجاء هذا البحث ليظهر الحكم والأسرار من آيات الحدود الأربعة الموجودة في القرآن، وتم تقسيمه على ثلاثة مباحث: تناولنا في المبحث الأول بيان مفردات العنوان وفي المبحث الثاني تكلمنا عن أثر الحدود في سلامة المجتمعات. وفي المبحث الثالث تناولنا الحكم والأسرار المستنبطة من آيات الحدود واستخراج ما فيها من حكم التشريع والتي من خلالها نصل إلى سلامة المجتمعات من هذه الآفات. It is well known that the provisions of the Sharia, which came from the Koran. These purposes and goals and secretes realized by the mere mind free of the law and came the provisions of the border protection of the necessities of the highest above Selves, money, minds, symptoms and genealogy. This research came to show judgment and secrets from the four verses of the border in the Koran. It was divided into three sections: We dealt with in the first section the statement of the vocabulary of the title and in The second topic talked about the impact of borders on the safety of communities In the third section we dealt with the judgment and secrets derived from the verses of the border and extract what the provision of legislation and through which we reach to the safety of communities from these pests. |
