| المستخلص: | تعد الجريمة من المواضيع التي أرقت العديد من الدول في محاولة الحد منها، فلا يمر يوم بل ولا دقائق إلا ونسمع أو نقرا عن أفعال إجرامية خطيرة تهدد حياة الأفراد وتبيد ممتلكات الغير وتنخر من اقتصاديات الدولة كما هو الحال بالنسبة للتهريب. ومن هنا فكرنا في محاولة ربط الجريمة بالأسرة باعتبارها المسؤول الأول عن نمو شخصية أبنائها، فإما أن تجعلها سوية وإما منحرفة تنغمس في الجريمة. هذه الأخيرة فك أحد ألغازها مرتبط إلى حد كبير في نظرنا بموضوع موسوم ب: علاقة التفكك الأسري بالجريمة "جريمة التهريب نموذجا".
