| المستخلص: | تتنوع بحوث علم الإعلام والاتصال بتنوع المداخل البحثية، سعياً للوصول لرؤى متقاربة، مرة مقاربة اجتماعية، ونفسية، وسياسية، واقتصادية،... وأخرى تقنية، الغرض منها استيعاب المتغيرات الجديدة في الوسيلة الاتصالية، ولا سيما بحوث مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حول منهجيتها وأدواتها ونظرياتها. لتطور تطبيقات الاتصال وتنوعها، وتزايد معدلات استخدام الجمهور لها، إذ أصبحت جزء لا يتجزأ من حياتنا، وما يستتبعه ذلك من نتائج التأثير، وتغيير في رؤى الجمهور. ولهذا يتزايد البحث العلمي حولها، والتفكير بالعلاقة الجدلية والتداخل بين الأدوات الرقمية والعلوم الإنسانية، وقدرة الأدوات على توسيع آفاق البحوث في العلوم الإنسانية، وانتقالها من كونها برامج، إلى قدرة التحليل النصي والصوري. وتتبع دراسات الاتصال طبيعة الوسيلة الناقلة للرسالة الاتصالية، ولهذا إن تطور الوسيلة يجب أن يتوازى مع تطور الدراسات. إذ تضيف الوسيلة أبعاداً جديدة لعملية الاتصال، وتكشف العلاقات التي تربط عملية الاتصال بالعمليات الأخرى داخل البنيان الثقافي للمجتمع، وكحتمية تقنية بحثية. يطرح البحث تساؤلات عدة حول البحث العلمي المتخصص في مجال تطبيقات مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ولا سيما إن لكل مجال من هذه المجالات سماته، وتقنياته، وجمهوره، ومحتوياته. إذن نحتاج إلى إعادة صياغة المقدمات النظرية والمنهجية، للتفكير في صيغ جديدة تتراكم فيها الدراسات والاجتهادات، في مستوى التأسيس النظري، كمجال معرفي. Media and communication's research are varied in accordance to research approaches' variety which seeks to reach convergent social, psychological, political, economic, and technical point of views. Its main aim is to assimilate all the new variables in the communicative method, especially, social media sites reseach; concerning their methodology, tools and theories. It is due to their diverse - developed applications and their increased rates of public use becoming irreplaceable in our daily life. It is well reflected by their consequent impact on the public beside their role in changing its views. This clarifies the notable increase of scientific reseach that concern them manifesting the dialectical relations and interference between the digital tools and domains of humanities. It, also, concerns their role in broadening the horizons of humanties reseach shifting from being softwares, only, to tools of textual and visual analysis. Communication studies follow the nature of the method didicated to convey the communicative message. Hence, the development of the method must be parallel to that one of the studies. In fact, the communicative method adds new dimensions to the communication process revealing the relations and ties that connect communication's process with other processes within the society's cultural structure. The current paper raises several questions concerning specialized scientific research in the field of social networking sites' applications fields, as each of them has its characteristics, techniques, audience and contents. Thus, the theoretical and methodological premises should be rephrased thinking of new formulas where studies and jurisprudence accumulate, at the level of theoretical foundation, as a cognitive field. |
