| المستخلص: | تتناول الفضائيات العراقية أخبار البرلمان العراقي على وفق مجموعة من المنطلقات والقواعد السياسية والمهنية، التي تحاول تأطيرها بما ينسجم مع الأجندة السياسية للأحزاب والكتل السياسية التي تمول وترعى الفضائيات تلك، فضلاً عن إنها قد تعتمد في بناء الأطر والصور الإخبارية عن البرلمان على وفق موقع وحجم تمثيل الأحزاب المالكة للفضائيات في البرلمان والحكومة والمؤسسات السيادية الأخرى، وفي إطار هذه الاعتبارات والسياقات تمثلت مشكلة هذا البحث في تحليل عملية التأطير المعتمدة لأخبار البرلمان في النشرات الإخبارية ومحاولة ربط اتجاهاتها بسياسة الفضائيات العراقية، وبعد تطبيق الإجراءات المنهجية وتحليل أخبار البرلمان العراقي في قناتي العهد ودجلة الفضائيتين خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود فروق دالة إحصائية في تناول أخبار البرلمان العراقي ضمن نشرات قناتي العهد ودجلة بما يتعلق بالتوجهات البرلمانية المطالبة بإقالة رئيس الجمهورية وتعديلات الدستور العراقي، وفروق دالة إحصائية في الإطار التحريري الذي ورد فيه خبر البرلمان العراقي ضمن أطر نسب المسؤولية والنتائج الاقتصادية، وتضمن البحث (١٢) جدولاً. The Iraqi satellite channels deal with the news of the Iraqi parliament according to a number of political and vocational basics and rules, that attempt to frame them in harmony with the political agenda of the parties and political blocs that finance and sponsor these satellite channels, as well as they may depend on building news frameworks and attitudes on the Parliament, according to the position and power of the parties that own the satellite TV in the Parliament, the government and other sovereign institutions, in light of these considerations and regulations, the problem of this research was represented in analyzing the process of framing the adopted news of the Parliament in newscasts and trying to link them with trends of the policy of Iraqi satellite channels, after applying the systematic procedures and analyzing the news of the Iraqi parliament in Al-Ahad and Dijlah satellite channels that the research concluded a set of results, the most important of which are statistical differences in dealing with the news of the Iraqi parliament within the newscasts of Al-Ahad and Dijlah satellite channels in relation to the parliamentary trends in demanding the dismissal of the President of the Republic and amendments to the Iraqi constitution and statistically significant differences in the editorial framework in which the news of the Iraqi parliament was mentioned within the frameworks of liability ratios and economic results, as well as the research included (12) tables. |
