| المستخلص: | لطالما أحرزت الإصلاحات السياسية في الجزائر التزامات تقضي لحماية وترقية حقوق المرأة والدفاع عنها، خاصة توسيع فرص حظوظها وتمثيلها في المجالس المنتخبة، وهي المكانة المرموقة التي ترجمتها تجاوبها السياسي من خلال المشاركة في الانتخابات التشريعية الجزائرية، إسهاما منها في التنمية السياسية وفي مراكز اتخاذ القرار، إذ أصبحت المرأة تحتل مكانة هامة تجسيدا لمبدأ المساواة، كذا تحقيقا لمقتضيات القانون العضوي المتعلق بالانتخابات والقوانين العضوية المتعلقة به، وتفعيلا لمشاركتها السياسية لكل ديمقراطية. Political reforms in Algeria have always made commitments to protect, promote and defend the rights of women, especially expanding the opportunities for their chances and representation in elected councils.
