| المستخلص: | مدى توفر شروط السلامة والصحة المهنية والالتزام بتطبيقها في المدارس الحكومية في سبيل تحقيق الأمن المجتمعي. هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد شروط السلامة والصحة المهنية ومدى توفرها في المدارس، وكذلك مدى التزام المدارس في تطبيق هذه الشروط والعمل فيها حفاظا على العنصر البشري الذي هو أغلى ما نملك. تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع مدارس مديرية التربية والتعليم في لواء الرمثا الحكومية المملوكة والمستأجرة وعددها (68) ثمان وستون مدرسة اثنتان منها مخصصة للتعليم المهني. كما بلغت عينة البحث (21) مدرسة بما فيها المدرستان المهنيتان. وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: -يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية واضحة بين المدارس الحكومية المملوكة لوزارة التربية وبين المدارس المستأجرة من حيث توفر شروط السلامة العامة والصحة المهنية ومدى التزام هذه المدارس بتطبيق هذه الشروط وذلك لصالح المدارس المملوكة. وفي ضوء النتائج التي أسفر عنها البحث، فقد خرج الباحث بجملة من التوصيات والمقترحات أهمها: - إجراء دراسات علمية حول السلامة والصحة المهنية في مدارس وزارة التربية والتعليم الحكومية والخاصة. - إيلاء موضوع السلامة والصحة المهنية في المدارس الأهمية القصوى ومتابعته من قبل المختصين. The extent to which occupational safety and health conditions are available and the commitment to implementing them in government schools in order to achieve community security. The research aims to determine the conditions of occupational safety and health, the extent of their availability in schools, and the extent of schools' commitment to applying these conditions and working within them to preserve the human element, which is the most precious thing we have. The research population consisted of all the schools of the Directorate of Education in Ramtha District, owned and charter, numbering sixty-eight (68), two of which were designated for vocational education. The research sample reached (21) schools, including the two vocational schools. The research has yielded the following results: Statistically significant differences exist between government schools owned by the Ministry of Education and charter schools concerning the availability of public safety and occupational health conditions, as well as the extent of these schools' commitment to implementing these conditions. Owned schools demonstrate a superior performance in this regard. In light of these results, the researcher has formulated several recommendations and proposals, with the most noteworthy being: Conducting scientific studies on occupational safety and health in both public and private schools run under the Ministry of Education.
