| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى تعرف دور ممارسة أسلوب فريق العمل في عملية صنع القرارات واتخاذها من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في مدينة حماة، والكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين متوسط درجات إجابات مديري المدارس أفراد عينة البحث على الاستبانة تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة الإدارية، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي ، بلغ المجتمع الأصلي للدراسة 126 مديرا ومديرة وتم سحب عينة عشوائية بنسبة 50% من المجتمع الأصلي وبهذا تكون عينة البحث قد اشتملت على 63 مديرا ومديرة حيث طبقت الاستبانة على العينة وذلك خلال الفترة الممتدة من الأسبوع الثاني من شهر كانون الثاني وحتى الأسبوع الثالث من شهر شباط من العام الدراسي 2019/2020. وأشارت النتائج إلى ما يلي: 1. دور ممارسة أسلوب فريق العمل في عملية صنع القرارات واتخاذها من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس التعليم مدارس الأساسي في مدينة حماة كانت بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي (4.00) وأهمية نسبية (80 %). 2. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات المديرين حول دور ممارسة أسلوب فريق العمل في عملية صنع القرارات واتخاذها تعزى لمتغير الجنس. 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات المديرين حول دور ممارسة أسلوب فريق العمل في عملية صنع القرارات واتخاذها تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات المديرين حول دور ممارسة أسلوب فريق العمل في عملية صنع القرارات واتخاذها تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة الإدارية. The research aims to define the role of teamwork practice in the decision making process from the viewpoint of principals of basic schools education in the city of Hama, and to reveal the significance of the differences between the average scores of school principals ’answers to the survey sample according to gender variables, educational qualification, years of administrative experience, follow Research descriptive method. The original community for the study reached 126 principals and principals, and a random sample was withdrawn by 50% of the original community. Thus, the sample of the study included 63 male and female principals, as the questionnaire was applied to a sample. The period extends from the second week of January to the third week of February of the academic year 2019/2020. The results indicated the following: 1. The role of practicing team work in the decision-making process and taking it from the point of view of the principals of basic education in the city of Hama was high and with an average arithmetic (4.00) and relative importance (80 %). 2. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the managers ’answers regarding the role of practicing the method of working teams in the decision-making and decision making process due to the gender variable. 3. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the managers ’answers regarding the role of practicing the method of working teams in the decision-making and decision making process due to the variable of the academic qualification. 4. There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the averages of the managers ’answers regarding the role of practicing the method of working teams in the decision-making and taking process due to the variable of years of administrative experience. |
