| المستخلص: | The subject of this research is to highlight the matters that could be modernized, and the matters that could not be subjected to modernization in the study of the Prophetic Sunnah and its service. Research objective: The most significant objective for the research is highlighting the fields that are subjects of modernization in the various sciences of the Sunnah, and in its service, and stating the limits that should not be transgressed or compromised under the pretext of modernization. This is because the modernization is a broad gateway through which some people entered to distort the immutable injunctions and to overturn the core principles [of the religion], all in name of modernization. Therefore, this research identifies the places in which modernization is acceptable and the places where it is not in respect to what is related to the study of the Sunnah and its service. Research methodology: In this research, I adopted the collective and analytical approach, then the critical approach to indicate the areas of modernization in the various sciences of the Sunnah, and to highlight its limits. The significant results: 1- The spaces of modernization in the study of the Sunnah and its service are wide, and it is a wide field; but it is pertinent to know the limitations to such modernization. 2- Distorting the principles of the eminent scholars and the terminologies that are hallmarks of their scholarship is not an acceptable form of modernization. 3- The areas of modernization in the service the Sunnah are many, whether in authorship on the Sunnah, in criticism, in Hadith sciences, or in printing and computing. موضوع هذا البحث بيان المواضع التي يمكن فيها التجديد، والمواضع التي لا يصلح فيها التغيير في دراسة السنة النبوية وخدمتها. هدف البحث: أهم هدف للبحث بيان مجالات التجديد في علوم السنة المتنوعة، وفي خدمتها، القابلة للتجديد، وبيان الحدود التي يجب الوقوف عندها وعدم المساس بها بحجة التجديد، ذلك أن التجديد بوابة كبيرة دخل منها أقوام لتغيير المسلمات ونقض القواعد المحكمات باسم التجديد، فهذا البحث يحدد المواضع التي يصح فيها التغيير والمواضع التي لا يصح فيها، مما هو متعلق بدراسة السنة وخدمتها. منهج البحث: سلكت في هذا البحث المنهج الجمعي والتحليلي، ثم المنهج النقدي لبيان مجالات التجديد في علوم السنة المتنوعة، وبيان حدود ذلك. أهم النتائج: 1- فضاءات التجديد في دراسة السنة وخدمتها واسعة، وهو ميدان فسيح، ولكن لا بد من معرفة الحدود المتاحة للتجديد. 2- تغيير قواعد الأئمة ومصطلحاتهم التي ساروا عليها ليس من التجديد المقبول. 3- معالم التجديد في خدمة السنة كثيرة سواء في التأليف في السنة، أو في النقد، أو في علوم الحديث، أو في الطباعة والحوسبة. |
