| المستخلص: | This study aims to determine the relationship between the implementation of strategic planning and the performance of the offices of the Tourism Activation Authority in Suez Canal cities. The study relied on the descriptive-analytical approach and designed a questionnaire form to collect data and conduct several interviews with the chairpersons of the authorities in question to try to identify the extent of the implementation of strategic planning in the offices of the Tourism Revitalization Authority and the link between the application of strategic planning and the level of performance in these offices. The preliminary findings of the study indicate a relationship between the support and application of strategic planning by the senior management and the performance of the authorities in question, and in light of the findings, a number of recommendations were proposed.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021 هذه الدراسة هو تحديد العلاقة بين تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي وأداء مكاتب هيئة التنشيط السياحي بمدن قناة السويس. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وصممت استمارة استبيان لجمع البيانات وإجراء عدة مقابلات مع رؤساء الهيئات محل الدراسة لمحاولة التعرف على مدى تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي بمكاتب هيئة التنشيط السياحي، والربط بين تطبيق التخطيط الاستراتيجي ومستوى الأداء في هذه المكاتب. تشير النتائج الأولية للدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين دعم وتطبيق الإدارة العليا للتخطيط الاستراتيجي وبين أداء الهيئات محل الدراسة، وفي ضوء النتائج اقترح عدد من التوصيات. |
