| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرف على أهم قوانين وآليات حماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، حيث تعتبر البيئة من المواضيع التي نالت اهتمام دول العالم، وهي بمثابة مركز النقاشات القائمة، فكثرت بذلك الدراسات حول مناقشة مشكلة حماية البيئة أبرمت من طرف المجتمع الدولي العديد من المؤتمرات والاتفاقيات الدولية، رسمت من خلالها هدف معين ألا وهو تحقيق توازن بيئي من خلال القضاء على المشاكل البيئية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تفعيل آليات تكريس حماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر مازال يتسم بالضعف وسوء تسيير وكذا ضعف تدخل الهيئات المحلية في مراقبة تبعات الأنشطة الاقتصادية. aims This research paper to identify the most important laws and mechanisms to protect the environment in the framework of sustainable development in Algeria, where the environment is one of the topics that has received the attention of the countries of the world, and it is the center of the existing discussions, so many studies on the discussion of the problem of environmental protection were concluded by the international community many From international conferences and agreements, through which I drew a specific goal, which is to achieve an environmental balance by eliminating environmental problems. And the study concluded that activating mechanisms to devote environmental protection in the framework of sustainable development in Algeria is still characterized by weakness and poor management, as well as the weakness of the interference of bodies Local control in the consequences of economic activities. |
