| المستخلص: | هذا البحث يتناول مفهوم دلالة الاقتران، واختلاف العلماء في الاحتجاج بها في الأحكام الشرعية وحجج كل فريق منهم، وهذه الدلالة تندرج ضمن القواعد الأصولية اللغوية المنطقية ولقد بحثها بعض الأصوليين بشكل موجز ومختصر. فأحببت أن أجمع هذا الشتات، لعل ذلك يساعد الباحثين ويعطيهم بعض التصورات الجديدة حول هذا الموضوع. This research deals The meaning of denote the pairing and the contrast of the arguments with according to the scholars who use it to argue and debate during the drafting of legislative (Legitimate) verdicts as well as the arguments of each party among them. Indeed, this insinuation is categorized among the laws and bases of the foundations of jurisprudence, linguistics and logics, something proven and researched by some learned theologian jurists in an abridged manner, the fact that pushed me to resemble these crumblings in order to come to the aid of other researchers by inspiring them with certain new concepts with regard to this subject. |
