| المستخلص: | يتناول هذا البحث الأهمية الكبيرة للاستراتيجية الإيرانية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ودورها في تحديد مستقبل هذه المنطقة أمنياً وسياسياً ونظراً لوجود العديد من الملفات السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية ذات الأثر المزدوج إقليمياً ودولياً، بالإضافة إلى الأيديولوجية الفكرية والدينية التي تتميز بها الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية، ومع وصول الرئيس إيراني "حسن روحاني" إلى سدة الحكم المتمتع بشعبية واسعة والمنتمي إلى التيار الإصلاحي في إيران، والمنتزع للاعتراف الدولي بالاستخدام السلمي للملف النووي الإيراني 2015، كل ذلك جعل من السياسة الخارجية الإيرانية محط اهتمام العديد من دول العالم وعلى رأسها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية صاحبة النفوذ والمصالح الحيوية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، خاصةً مع ما تمر به المنطقة من أحداث "الربيع العربي"، ودور الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية الواضح كلاعب سياسي وأمني لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في تسوية الملفات الأمنية والسياسية في المنطقة، وهذا ما عزز مكانتها الإقليمية، وحقق الهدف الأسمى من استراتيجيتها العامة المتمثل بكسب دور ريادي في المنطقة ومناوئة السياسات الأمريكية فيها، موظفةً إيران لذلك مختلف المقومات الاقتصادية والعسكرية والجغرافية والديموغرافية، ومستخدمة لمختلف الأدوات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية، للوصول إلى الأهداف الاستراتيجية القومية العليا. This research deals with the great importance of the Iranian strategy in the Middle East region and its role in determining the future of this region in terms of security and politically, in view of the existence of many political, security and economic files that have a dual impact regionally and internationally, in addition to the intellectual and religious ideology that characterizes the Islamic Republic of Iran, With the arrival of Iranian President "Hassan Rouhani" to the power who's enjoys a great popularity, belongs to the Iranian reformists, and who gets the international recognition of the peaceful use of the nuclear file in 2015, all this made Iran's foreign policy The focus of attention of many countries of the world, led by the United States of America, which has influence and vital interests in the Middle East, especially with the region through the events of the "Arab Spring", and the role of the Islamic Republic of Iran is clear as an indispensable political and security player In the settlement of security and political issues in the region, this has strengthened its regional position, and achieved the ultimate goal of its overall strategy of winning a leading role in the region and opposing US policies in it, employing Iran for this all the economic, military, geographic and demographic determinants, and using the political, economic and military tools to reach the supreme national strategic objectives. |
