| المستخلص: | النمو المتسارع للإطار العمراني علي ساحل الجزائر العاصمة، في العقود الأخيرة. المتزامن للآثار الناجمة عن فترة طويلة من الجفاف، كان له الأثر الرئيسي علي الموارد الطبيعي؛ ضمور الأراضي الزراعية والإنتاج، انخفاض حاد في مستوي المياه الجوفية متسببا في تسرب مياه البحر وملوحة التربة.
