| 520 | |a استهدفت الدراسة قياس أثر تطبيق استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق على الميزة التنافسية بشركة النيل للأدوية والصناعات الدوائية، وذلك بعد التعرف على أهمية وآليات تطبيق هذه الاستراتيجية بالإضافة إلى إجراء دراسة ميدانية للتعرف على مدى ملائمة وإمكانيات ومتطلبات تطبيقها على شركة النيل للأدوية والصناعات الدوائية المقترحة لهذا للتطبيق. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استمارة استبيان جمعت بالمقابلة، تضمنت مجموعة من العبارات تقيس اتجاهات العينة تجاه متغيرات الدراسة، واعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المزج بين المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج الاستنباطي وذلك من خلال أسلوب الدراسة النظرية والدراسة الميدانية، وقد أجرت الباحثة تحليل البيانات باستخدام اختبار كروسكال. ولاس لكل سؤال من أسئلة قائمة الاستقصاء لاختبار فروض الدراسة باستخدام عينة الدراسة المكونة من 100 مفردة "وهي عدد الاستمارات الصحيحة التي تم استردادها" وتوصلت الباحثة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي يمكن تطبيقها على الشركة محل الدراسة (شركة النيل للأدوية والصناعات الدوائية). توصلت الدراسة إلى: أن هناك علاقة ارتباط موجبة ذو دلالة إحصائية معنوية لأبعاد استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق (الابتكار – الاستبعاد - التقلص) في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لشركة النيل للأدوية والصناعات الدوائية في مصر. وتوصى الدراسة: بتطبيق أبعاد الميزة التنافسية وذلك من خلال استراتيجية المحيط الأزرق والذي يساهم في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية على المنشأة محل الدراسة. | ||

The study recommends: Applying the dimensions of competitive advantage through the Blue Ocean strategy, which contributes to the competitive advantage of the institution under study. | ||
