| المستخلص: | Cet article se focalise sur le rôle de la société civile dans la diffusion de la culture environnementale en Algérie. Ce qu’ on considère comme très important sur le plan sociologique et épistémologique afin de contribuer à la découverte des facteurs qui influent sur la "réalité sociale", surtout compte tenu de l’intérêt international croissant que suscite la publication de nombreuses déclarations internationales, l’adoption de conventions et l’organisation de conférences qui appellent à la nécessité d’impliquer les citoyens dans le développement et de contribuer efficacement à la gestion de leur environnement et à leur destin. Comme confirmé par la déclaration de Rio de Janeiro en 1992, dans son principe numéro 10. Réagissant aux appels internationaux pour la diffusion de la culture environnementale, on a mis en relief le rôle attribué à la société civile en Algérie à travers les associations qui la représentent dans le domaine de la diffusion de la culture environnementale dans la société. ينصب الانشغال المعرفي الذي تثيره هذه المساهمة العلمية على مقاربة الدور الموكل للمجتمع المدني في الجزائر في مجال نشر الثقافة البيئية، وهو ما نقدر أنه من ناحية سوسيولوجية وابستمولوجية مهم جدا على خط المساهمة في اكتشاف البنى المتحكمة في "الواقع الاجتماعي"، لاسيما في ظل تزايد الاهتمام الدولي به أكثر عبر إصدار العديد من الإعلانات الدولية وإقرار الاتفاقيات وعقد المؤتمرات التي تدعو إلى ضرورة إشراك المواطنين في الفعل الإنمائي، والمساهمة الفاعلة في إدارة أوضاعهم البيئية وتقرير مصائرهم، مثلما أكده المبدأ العاشر لإعلان قمة الأرض الأولى بريو دي جانيرو سنة 1992. وتفاعلا بالأساس مع هذه المطالب والضغوط الدولية، تم التأكيد على الدور الموكل للمجتمع المدني في الجزائر من خلال الجمعيات التي تمثله في مجال نشر الثقافة البيئية في المجتمع. This article focuses on the role of civil society in disseminating environmental culture in Algeria. What we believe is very important sociological and epistemological on the line of contributing to the discovery of structures in the "social reality" taking into account the growing international interest in it through the issuance of many international declarations and the adoption of conventions and conferences, which call for the need to involve citizens in the development act and contribute effectively in managing their environmental situation and determination of their destinies, as confirmed by the tenth principle of the Declaration of the first Earth Summit Rio de Janeiro in 1992. The Algerian society, in particular, was stressed over the role played by civil society in Algeria through the associations it represents in the field of spreading environmental culture in society. |
