| 520 | |b Nowadays, juvenile delinquency becomes one of the most annoying social problems. It is increasing gradually since a century, which is shown in the general accounts of the jurisprudence. In terms of juvenile delinquency, census scientists emphasize the paramount importance of family, social, economic, psychological and biological factors. The causes of juvenile delinquency, and the importance of the genetic and social factors of delinquency, and society has a lion’s share of responsibility for juvenile delinquency, more important, if they were adults because it mostly emerges from a bad succession or a difficult social environment. | ||
| 520 | |d La délinquance des mineurs est parmi les problèmes sociaux très angoissants dans l’histoire contemporaine. Elle ne cesse d’augmenter d’une façon continuelle depuis un siècle. Cela est constant à travers la lecture des statistiques générales de l’administration judiciaire. Les statisticiens affirment la très grande importance des facteurs familiaux, sociaux, économiques, psychologiques et biologiques par rapport à la délinquance juvénile. La société a une lourde part de responsabilité relative à la délinquance juvénile qui a souvent pour origine une mauvaise succession ou un milieu social difficile. | ||
| 520 | |a جنوح الأحداث من المشكلات الاجتماعية المقلقة جدا في التاريخ المعاصر، وهو في ازدياد مستمر منذ قرن، يظهر ذلك من قراءة الحسابات العامة لإدارة القضاء. يؤكد علماء الإحصاء على الأهمية القصوى للعوامل الأسرية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية والبيولوجية في جنوح الأحداث. فأسباب جنوح الأحداث، وأهمية العامل الوراثي والعامل الاجتماعي للجنوح، ثم المجتمع الذي له حصة ثقيلة في المسئولية عن جنوح الأحداث ويكون أكثر ثقلا إن كان هؤلاء راشدين. وينشأ جنوح الأحداث غالبا من وراثة سيئة أو وسط اجتماعي سيء. | ||
