| المستخلص: | يعرض البحث لظاهرة الإحالة في المتون الحديثية، ويوضح أن الأصل في الرواية سوق الأسانيد بمتونها تامة كل منها على حدة؛ غير أن هذه الإحالة لم تكن ترفا، وإنما ألجأتهم الحاجة للاختصار، وهذا البحث يسعى لمعرفة الأسباب الداعية ها، وقد استقر العمل على جواز الإحالة، واستخدم المحدثون ألفاظا متنوعة للتعبير عن الإحالة، ولما كان بعض الرواة والمصنفين يتسمحون في الإحالة على متن آخر تجوزا، أو لظنهم أنه مثله أو نحوه خصوصا مع خفاء الاختلاف ودقته كان لا بد من البحث عن لفظ الحديث الأصلي، ويكشف البحث أن الرواة والمصنفين قد وقع لهم عند الإحالة أخطاء وأوهام عديدة، وهذه الأخطاء تنبه إلى أهمية التوقى والحذر عند الإحالة على متن آخر لما تنطوي عليه من المحاذير والإشكالات المتعددة، وقد تم ذكر أبرز الإشكالات الواقعة في كتب الرواية. ويؤكد البحث على أهمية التنبه إلى أثر الإحالة في الدراسات الحديثية والفقهية، وضرورة البحث عن لفظ المتن المحال لما لها من الأثر الكبير في الاعتبـار والتقوية، والاستنباط والاستدلال، ويوصي بتوجيه طلاب الدراسات العليا والباحثين لجمع المتون المحالة وتتبعها في كتب الرواية، ودراستها للوقوف على لفظها الأصلي، وتنبيه الطلاب والباحثين إلى الإشكالات والمحاذير التي تعتريها. The research reflects the referral in the texts of hadiths. It clarifies that the original of the narration is transmission network with its texts each one separately. However, this referral was not for ease and comfort, but rather the need for abbreviation. Thus, this research seeks to figure out the reasons for these abbreviations. Ultimately, the work was settled on the permissibility of the referral. The compilers used various words to express the referral. Whereas some of the narrators and compilers allowed to refer on another text, or thought it's similar especially with the absence of difference and accuracy, so it necessary to search for the original term of the hadith. The research reveals that the narrators and compilers had fallen into several errors and delusions upon referral, these errors alert to the importance of prevention and caution when referring on another text, due to its many caveats and shenanigans. Most of shenanigans in the narration books were mentioned. The research confirms the importance of being aware of the referral’s effect in the hadith and jurisprudential studies, and the necessity to search for the term of the referred text, due to its major impact on consideration and strengthening, deduction and inference. It is recommended that post-graduate students and researchers be directed to collect and track the referred texts in the narration books, study it to recognize its original terms, and alert students and the researchers to the shenanigans and caveats in it. |
