| المستخلص: | The role leaders play in promoting workplace safety has attracted the attention of many researchers. However, its impact on Safety Citizenship Behaviors wasn’t extensively researched especially in Egypt. Hence, this study aims at evaluating the impact of safety leadership on Safety Citizenship Behaviours in a multinational Automation and Power company in Egypt. The results showed that there is a significant impact of Safety leadership on employees’ Safety Citizenship Behaviours. |
