| 520 | |a هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر المرونة التنظيمية بأبعادها المختلفة (التوافق أو المحاذاة- ترتيب الأولويات- الأدوار والمسؤوليات - التفاعل والتآزر - القدرات القيادية) على تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمنظمة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قامت هذه الدراسة على إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث تم الاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان في جمع البيانات الأولية، وقد اعتمد الباحث أيضأ على استخدام أسلوب العينة لجميع العاملين بالشركة محل الدراسة، حيث تم توزيع (260) استمارة استبيان وتم استرجاع (239) استمارة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لجميع أبعاد المرونة التنظيمية في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمنظمة، وهذا ما يؤكد أن الأبعاد المستخدمة للمرونة التنظيمية يمكن آن تساهم في تفسير قدرة الشركة المبحوثة في تحقيق أهدافها الاستراتيجية، وقد أوصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة تنمية الوعي لدى المديرين والعاملين بأهمية مفهوم المرونة التنظيمية في المجال المؤسسي والتركيز على تطبيقه داخل المنظمة لما له من قدرة فائقة على الاتقاء بمستوى العاملين والعملية الإدارية، وذلك من خلال تكثيف البرامج التدريبية للعاملين وعقد ورش العمل لتدعيم هذا المفهوم داخل المنظمة. | ||

The study concluded that there is a statistically significant impact of all dimensions of organizational resilience in achieving the strategic objectives of the organization, and this confirms that the dimensions used for organizational resilience can contribute to explain the ability of the researched company to achieve its strategic objectives, The study recommended the need to develop awareness among managers and employees of the importance of the concept of organizational resilience in the institutional field and focus on its application within the organization. Because of its superior ability to raise the level of staff and the administrative process, Through the intensification of training programs for staff and holding workshops to strengthen this concept within the organization. | ||
