| المستخلص: | Purpose: Examining the impact of intellectual capital on the Organizational Ambidexterity of employees of the Telecom Egypt Company. Design/methodology/approach: The study population includes the employees of Telecom Egypt (Smart Village), their number is (2870) according to the statistical guide of Telecom Egypt. A random sample (320) was selected. Results: The dimensions of intellectual capital (human capital, Organizational Capital) have a strong and effective impact on the dimensions of organizational Ambidexterity (Exploitative capability, Explorative capability, Key enabling factors for organizational) by (79.4%). |
