| المستخلص: | This study aimed to investigate the impact of one of the dimensions of management intelligence, which is the strategic intelligence on the process of strategic diagnosis through a questionnaire distributed to administrators and heads Sections of Basrah Mills and WISSO. The study found that the level of effectiveness of the process of strategic diagnosis and strategic intelligence of the sample is high in addition to a positive correlation amounting to the degree of influence between the variable of strategic intelligence and the process of strategic diagnosis where the foresight dimension primarily affect the process of strategic diagnosis, unlike the Partnership dimension. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في أثر أحد أبعاد الإدارة بالذكاءات والمتمثل في الذكاء الاستراتيجي على عملية التشخيص الاستراتيجي من خلال استبانة موزعة على الإداريين ورؤساء الأقسام لكل من مؤسسة "مطاح البصرة" ومؤسسةWISSO ". توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى فعالية عملية التشخيص الاستراتيجي والذكاء الاستراتيجي للعينة المبحوثة مرتفع، إضافة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط إيجابية ترقى إلى درجة التأثير بين متغير الذكاء الاستراتيجي وعملية التشخيص الاستراتيجي، حيث يؤثر بعد الاستشراف بالدرجة الأولى في عملية التشخيص الاستراتيجي على خلاف بعد الشراكة. |
