| 520 | |a نتيجة للمتغيرات السريعة التي شهدها الاقتصاد العراقي وانفتاحه على الأسواق العالمية، صدرت تشريعات وقرارات متعددة لغرض تنظيم وتسهيل عمليات البيع والشراء والتداول والاستيراد والتصدير، وكان من أهمها قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 1 لسنة 2010 وقانون حماية المنتجات العراقية رقم 11 لسنة 2010 وقانون المنافسة ومنع الاحتكار رقم 14 لسنة 2010، وذلك حتى يستقيم الأمر ويتفق مع طبيعة النظام والتغيرات الجديدة، خاصة وإذا ما لاحظنا بانتشار جرائم الاستهلاك، ومما لا شك فيه من أن هذه الجرائم تتناول الأشياء محل التعامل من قبل المستهلك مما يهدد بشكل خطير حياة الإنسان في صحته وأمنه، إذ طال الغش وبقية الجرائم الماسة بالاستهلاك جميع السلع الضرورية فأصبح جمهور المستهلكين غير أمنين على حياتهم، إضافة إلى هدر ما بذمة المستهلك من أموال نتيجة إنفاقه على اقتناء ما يريده من سلع أو خدمات لم تكن بالمستوى المرتجى منها. | ||
