| المستخلص: | المعلم هو أداة النظام التعليمي في اكتشاف وتنمية مهارات الإبداع لدى التلاميذ، وانطلاقا من أهمية الأداء التعليمي للمعلم، وتأثيره المباشر على تحصيل التلاميذ لجوانب التعلم المختلفة من مهارات التفكير الإبداعي. فقد اهتمت الدراسات التربوية بالتحليل العلمي الدقيق لهذا الأداء. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور معلمي الرياضيات في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي في مدرسة الوركاء الابتدائية للبنات. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي مادة الرياضيات للصف الخامس الابتدائي في مديرية تربية الهاشمية وقامت الباحثة باختيار (47) معلم و(53) معلمة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وقامت الباحثة بإعداد أداة البحث (الاستبيان) لمعرفة دور معلمي الرياضيات في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي وتكونت الاستبانة من (40) فقرة موزعة إلى ثلاث مجالات وهي: استخدام طرائق التدريس الفعالة، استخدام أساليب التقويم التي تساعد على تنمية التفكير الإبداعي، استخدام الأنشطة التعليمية التي تنمي مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى التلاميذ. وقد تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداة. وبعد الحصول على البيانات ومعالجتها بالوسائل الإحصائية، تم الحصول على النتائج التالية وهي: إن استخدام طرائق التدريس الفعالة تشجع التلاميذ على استخدام مهارات التفكير الإبداعي بدرجة عالية نسبيا. تصميم تقنيات تقومية يوفر فرص لتطبيق مهارات التفكير الإبداعي ويعمل على تعزيز التلاميذ المبدعين. كما أن استخدام الأنشطة التعليمية دورا إيجابيا في تنمية مهارات التفكير الإبداعي لدى التلاميذ. ومن هذا تستنج الباحثة أنه من الضروري أن يكون التلاميذ قادرين على حل المشاكل المختلفة من خلال التفكير بطريقة إبداعية وتوليد أفكار أصلية من مصادر متعددة. The teacher is the tool of the educational system in discovering and developing the creativity skills of pupils, and based on the importance of the educational performance of the teacher, and its direct impact on students' achievement of various aspects of creative thinking skills. Educational studies have paid careful attention to scientific analysis of this performance. The study aimed to identify the role of mathematics teachers in the development of creative thinking skills among the students of the fifth grade for school of Warka. To achieve this objective, the study followed the descriptive approach. The study community composed of all teachers of mathematics for the fifth grade in the Hashemite Education Directorate. The researcher selected (47) teachers and (53) teachers in the simple random method .The researcher prepared the research tool to find out the role of mathematics teachers in developing creative thinking skills among students. The questionnaire consisted of (40) paragraphs divided into three areas: the use of effective teaching methods, the use of assessment methods that help to develop creative thinking, the use of educational activities that develop the skills of creative thinking among students. The validity and reliability of the tool has been ascertained. After obtaining the data and processing the statistical means the following results were obtained: - The teachers of mathematics have an active role in the use of effective teaching methods that encourage students to use creative thinking skills relatively high role of mathematics teachers in the use of assessment methods that help. The development of creative thinking has a moderate role in general. The teachers of mathematics also have a positive role in the use of educational activities that develop the skills of creative thinking among students. It is therefore necessary for students to be able to solve various problems by thinking creatively and generating original ideas from multiple sources. |
