| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة بشكل رئيسي إلى تقييم مدى تطبيق مفاهيم ووظائف إدارة المعلومات على موقع (الشركة السعودية للكهرباء) في المملكة العربية السعودية، كما هدفت أيضا إلى التعرف على مستوى استعمال مفاهيم إدارة المعلومات في موقع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء، وتحديد وظائف إدارة المعلومات التي تم تطبيقها في موقع الشركة، وأيضا تقديم التوصيات اللازمة لتحسين عملية إدارة المعلومات على الموقع. وتكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في كونها الدراسة العربية الأولى التي ناقشت موضوع مدى تطبيق مفاهيم ووظائف إدارة المعلومات على موقع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء في المملكة العربية السعودية - على حد علم الباحثات-. كما أن استخدام إدارة المعلومات بشكل صحيح في أي مؤسسة خدمية يساعد المسؤولين وأصحاب القرار والقائمين على تطوير إدارة العمليات والمعلومات في الشركة على سرعة الوصول إلى قرارات سليمة، بالإضافة إلى أن إجراء مثل هذه الدراسة من شأنه أن يسهم في المعرفة التراكمية في هذا الموضوع وفتح المجال لإجراء المزيد من الدراسات والأبحاث في هذا النطاق المهم من إدارة المعلومات، كما أن معرفة وتقييم واقع تطبيق مفاهيم إدارة المعلومات وعملياتها في موقع الشركة يساعد في تقديم التغذية الراجعة والتي تسهم في تلبية الاحتياجات المعلوماتية للمستفيدين. كما تقوم هذه الدراسة بالتعرف على إيجابيات وسلبيات الأداء، ومن ثم تعزيز هذه الإيجابيات والتغلب على السلبيات أو الحذر منها. وقد استخدمت الباحثات أكثر من منهج علمي لتحقيق هذه الأهداف، منها منهج دراسة حالة، ومنهج تحليل المحتوى، بالإضافة إلى المنهج التقييمي، ولكل منهج هدف يحققه نستوضحه لاحقا. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن جميع عناصر مفاهيم إدارة المعلومات إما تحققت على موقع الشركة السعودية للكهرباء بنسبة كاملة أو متوسطة، كما قدمت الدراسة بعض التوصيات من أهمها: ضرورة تطبيق المؤسسات والقطاعات الحكومية المختلفة لمفهوم إدارة المعلومات في مواقعها وبواباتها الإلكترونية، لما لها من دور حيوي ورئيسي في دعم الأداء واتخاذ القرارات والوصول إلى الأهداف المطلوبة وتحسين مستوى المخرجات بشكل عام. This study was mainly aimed at assessing the extent of application of information management concepts and functions on the (Saudi Electricity Company) website in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and also aimed at identifying the level of use of information management concepts on the Saudi Electricity Company website, and identifying information management functions that have been applied in The company's website, and also provide recommendations to improve the information management process on the site. The importance of this study lies in the fact that it is the first Arab study that discussed the topic of applying the concepts and functions of information management on the Saudi Electricity Company website in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia- as far as researchers know -. The use of information management properly in any service institution helps officials, decision-makers and those in charge of developing the operations and information management in the company to quickly reach sound decisions, in addition to conducting such a study that would contribute to the cumulative knowledge in this matter and open the way to conduct More studies and research in this important area of information management. Knowing and evaluating the reality of applying information management concepts and operations on the company's website helps in providing feedback that contributes to meeting the information needs of the beneficiaries. This study also identifies the pros and cons of performance, and then reinforces these positives and overcoming or guarding against negatives. The researchers have used more than one scientific method to achieve these goals, including a case study approach, a content analysis approach, in addition to the evaluation method, and each approach has a goal that we will investigate later. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that all elements of the concepts of information management were either achieved on the Saudi Electricity Company website in a complete or medium rate, and the study also presented some recommendations, the most important of which are: the necessity of applying various government institutions and sectors to the concept of information management in their websites and electronic portals, when It has a vital and major role in supporting performance, making decisions, reaching desired goals, and improving the level of outputs in general. |
