| 520 | |a هدف البحث تعرف درجة ممارسة الموجهين التربويين الرياضيين للعلاقات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في التعليم الأساسي والتعليم الثانوي. وتعرف الفروق بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية تبعا لمتغيرات: (النوع الاجتماعي، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي. وتكونت عينة البحث من (265) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي مرحلتي التعليم الأساسي والتعليم الثانوي بمحافظتي دمشق واللاذقية. واستخدمت الباحثة مقياس واقع ممارسة الموجهين التربويين الرياضيين للعلاقات الإنسانية من إعداد الباحثة، وخلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1. إن درجة واقع ممارسة الموجهين التربويين الرياضيين للعلاقات الإنسانية من وجهة نظر المعلمين العاملين في مدارس التعليم الأساسي والتعليم الثانوي بمحافظتي دمشق واللاذقية على الدرجة الكلية للمقياس كان متوسطا. 2. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي. 3. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح المعلمين ذوي المؤهل العلمي (دبلوم فأعلى). 4. وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث على مقياس ممارسة العلاقات الإنسانية تبعا لمتغير سنوات الخبرة لصالح المعلمين الذين لديهم سنوات خبرة (من 11-15 سنة). | ||
| 520 | |b The aim of this research is to know the degree of mathematical mentors practice human relations from the viewpoint of teachers in basic education and secondary education. The differences between the mean scores of the responses of the members of the research sample are defined on the questionnaire of practicing human relations according to variables: (gender, educational qualification, years of experience). The research relied on the descriptive method. The sample of the research consisted of (265) male and female teachers from the primary and secondary education teachers in the governorates of Damascus and Lattakia. The researcher used a questionnaire about the reality of the practice of educational mentors in sports human relations, which was prepared by the researcher, and the research concluded the following results: 1. The level of the reality of the practice of educational mentors in human relations from the viewpoint of teachers working in basic and secondary education schools in Damascus and Lattakia governorates on the total degree of questionnaire was average. 2. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the responses of the members of the research sample to the questionnaire of practicing human relations according to the gender variable. 3. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the responses of the individuals in the research sample to the questionnaire of practicing human relations according to the variable of the educational qualification for the benefit of teachers whose educational qualification was (diploma or higher). There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores for the responses of the individuals in the research sample to the questionnaire of practicing human relations according to the variable of years of experience in favor of teachers who have years of experience (from 11-15 years). | ||
